THE ROOM ARE CLEAN.AIR COND WAS GOOD SO WAS THE SHOWER

THE STAFFS WERE NOT FRIENDLY. THERE WAS PENALTY AND NOTICES OF FINES ON THE DOOR AND WALLS. INCLUDING DAMAGING THE SHOWER HEAD ETC. IT WAS RATHER UNFRIENDLY.NO FOOD SERVICES IN THE HOTEL OR RESTAURANT.

Best shower experience. Silent and calm surrounding. Staff is cheerful.

Can't find one when considering it's value for money

More spacious and clean . The location is in the center of the town . There are few banks nearby AmBank , public bank. The mosque and Catholic church are reachable .

During staying there , the electrical cable construction nearby make our sleep uncomfortable , They still working until 4.00 am in the morning. This activity should be stopped suppose at 8.00 pm . We can't sleep well for the whole night .

the location was only nice beacause we rented a car and the main beach was nearby otherwise it was just bad

serivice could have been better i mean its a 3 star hotel so it was not up to the standard at all

Central location with access quick access to attractions

Nothing specific Hotel is clean and excellent accessibility to many places. Perhaps if breakfast is included would have been good

I liked the comfortable and clean room environment. The air conditioning was cold and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The internet connection was very disappointing. It was connected, but unstable, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Even when it worked, the speed was terribly slow, like an old 1Mbps connection from 15 years ago. Please improve this. I came from far and had online meetings and seminars, but the hotel WiFi made it extremely difficult. These days, everyone uses fibre and 5G, but the hotel WiFi feels like it’s still on old Streamyx speeds.

Easy access to shop & restaurant

Aircond too slow and very hot. Not functioning to reset temperature.

I like it bcs of affordable price. The arrangement is amazing.

But, i dont like your strict about the check out. In fact, there are certain things in the room like fridge did not working doesnt even cooled. The bedsheet is really furry its so not amazed me.

The Location in the heart of Kuantan, clean and friendly staff..

1) Location and parking space2) readily iron and ironing board in the room3) sajadah provided in the room. But we didnt use. Who know what it has gone thru since not everyone book the room is muslim.

1) Moldy Ceiling2) Noisy aircond3) too many WARNING sign in the room4) unclean sandy floor. 4) Deposit money RM100 cash

Minibar Fridge- warm Safety box - LockedNo restaurant no breakfast I Ask assistance from reception but asper them maintenance only work until 5pm no solution and no ownership. (the way of response totally need to train their staff how to solve issue and how to response)
