Nurbayu Chalet, Kemaman

The location was convenient for my PAC and UKJK near INTAN.

The bedsheet and pillowcases were stained and visibly dirty, with marks that looked like they hadn’t been washed properly. The towel provided was also in poor condition and didn’t feel clean. The overall hygiene level was disappointing.

The room is clean, neat and tidy. Aircond functioned very well. Owner also provided the iron n board.

The bedsheet color a bit faded.I have been bite by the insect or bed bug maybe. My hand and arm got a few red swollen and itchy when im using the chalet blanket. Then i use my own blanket.

Room was spacious, great for family with kids. P

Our room had a malfunctioning aircond so our night was not so pleasant because of the sound it makes. We end up off the aircond and rely solely on the fan.

for price it's affordable, normal lah OYO with that price. tapi first time stay at OYO tapi cadar sarung bantal byk stains. and selimut tak comfy sbb bukan jenis comforter but a patchwork blanket. facilities ok suasana erm sunyi sikit sebab maybe xrmai stay at the moment. kdai mkn byk and dekat depan chalet shja and buka until 2am at night. cuma fail dekat shower sebab air macam x pasang water pump so very slow air shower dia. air paip and sinki okey verygood.

near to grocery shop and laundry

the bedding was clean but looks shabby. the water pressure in the toilet was quiet lowthe lawn was not properly taken care of, a lot of "kemuncup"the garbage in the outside bin was not thrown away

There is no breakfast served in this property. Location is ok. Price is good.

Shower. The water for cold shower is not cold, its somehow slightly warm. It could be due to the water tank above is heated up by the hot sun during daytime hence the shower water is remain warm through out the night. The shower water heater outputs hot water even when the temperature dial is turned down to cold.We stayed in the Premium family suite which has 2 rooms and a small hall. However both rooms sharing one air-conditioner that is installed at the hall. Its ok for night time but during day time the rooms become quite warm.Only 1 shower/toilet located in the master bedroom. The occupants in the 2nd room disturbs the occupants in the master bedroom every time they access the shower/toilet.Overall its ok for the price we paid but however improvements can be done in the above 3 areas and the price can be revised slightly higher with proper improvements.

The rooms are nice and large.

However, the person at check-in was very unfriendly and tried to charge us fees that didn't exist. I would not recommend the accommodation as a tourist.

Lots of parking spots.My chalet got two rooms with two queen bed. dont know about other chalet. Near keropok stalls in Cherating.

A bit hot to my liking, only 1 a/c for the whole chalet. Cannot use wifi. Got password but cant connect, too lazy to go back to the reception.

Poor management

The property anyhow cancel my Booking without any information. I arrived at property at midnight and the property was sold out. They give the room to those who come first. Don't know how they manage their online Booking system. Be careful for those who want to book a room at this property. .

Manage the un-seem circustance due to claimed not received enough order

Kiblat sign and wifi password need to be ask first. Contact sign also still show ex-staff who no longer working for quite some time

Hotel Management failure to block off inventories when the hotel was full.

Booking confirmed. During arrival, my booking was denied. Called OYO to complain, hotel was full. Hotel Manager was not helpful. Will never ever book this hotel in the future.

We book for 2 bed room, but the owner give we 1 bed room.

No doubt it is very cheap and valuable.RM72 per night for a spacious and clean aircond room with private bathroom for 2 person.You can't ask for more like the quality of bed and sofa as they are not so comfortable.

No Wifi provided.And it was not so complete in supply of toiletries like shampoo.I would like to suggest owner to change the old bath towel as it was dirty and with hole.

affordable stay with swimming pool!

stated that it has iron in the room. but i dont found any iron. told the reception, they asked me to get and put back at the reception. i dont mind taking the iron by myself at the reception but i guess it is proper for u guys to take the iron back yourself. not asking the guest to send them back.

Comfortable and suitable for family.

I really don't want to know about the price issue between owner and Oyo. I should pay for my booking price, but I had to pay double. Pleaseeeeeee make sure this won't happen again in future. I am really dissapointed..
