- Location and interior design
- We went there during the weekend of Kuantan 160km Century Ride and we needed a late check out and they gave us free of charge for it. definitely will come back and promote it to other cyclists if policy still the same next year..
Cons -
- Deluxe room is too small
- The registration check-in is painfully slow.. hopefully can speed it up for customers' convenience. During the weekend we stayed there, we were told the hotel was fully booked and disappointingly only 2 lifts were working (while there were 4 lifts total).
