Lilla Waterfall Retreat @ Sg Lembing, Kuantan

Generally staffs are kind and ready to help, and to arrange local tours etc at last minute due to the cancellation of rainbow waterfall hike. They provided transport to the market for food too, and we could use hot water at the lobby as we do not trust the ones in the room. Staffs were doing their best that is commendable.

I guess the customer service pretrip, we wasnt informed about the closure on rainbow waterfall due to landslide despite us booking a tour with them. I think there was miscommunication thus they had to panic to prepare a room for us. That room seemed to have not been used for a long time thus the layers of dust. The utensils area have cockroach eggs.

love the environment. far from the city and quiet place.

limited wifi coverage

The kids enjoyed the pool very much.Air conditioners were functioning well.

The response through whatsapp is slow and not customer friendly.When asked whether cutleries are available, I was told none.So we have to bring cutleries etc over but then they actually have spoons and forks prepared.The pots at the penthouse were super slow in cooking. Water is not even boiled after 15 minutes cooking with the highest heat on the induction cooker.We ended up cooking with our own steamboat pot. Thank god we brought along that. Ants were crawling in super fast. Bedsheets weren't very clean, with blood stain and also lizards dumpings.Water was slow even with the pump on.The soccer table was not fixed, shaky and could fall apart anytime.

Bed

Inside the cabin is clean but external is lack of maintenance, got spider web and lizard shit everywhere.

The ambient really great. Clean room and comfortable stay with my family. Toilet comes with water heater and water pump too. Excellent stays overall.

Disappointing

The room is very dusty. The toilet is not properly cleaned prior us coming in and it smells. The staff is not very accommodating

Large space , lots of activities to do for free, lots of Aircon in the suite, lots of bottled water and shampoo and towels provided

Water pressure can be better

The resort white cottage is good for family.

As we have 9 of us, if can have 3 bathrooms instead of 2 would be more perfect.

Many facilities

Container room… morning very cold, but I switch off aircon, come back like sauna…

Easy to find, ample parking space, cold aircond and decent pool for kids and adults.

There was a water leakage on the floor. Cannot identify where the water was coming from, as it was raining heavily the night we stayed. Bed was not clean enough. Webs were everywhere. The beds had some old paper smell. Not sure if the room has been vacant for quite sometimes. Found few spiders as well.Only a single card for the door. If you plan to stay here, please bring your own toiletries. For the price we paid, it was a disgrace to be provided with such shower gel and shampoo. The cafe was closed, and we had to tapau foods from outside.

Convenient, good location.

Toilet flushing system took very long time to fill up the water after flushing.Toilet seats not properly secured, moving while seated.

The place is strategic

The room isn't as advertisedIt didn't call out clearly that I wasn't paying for a house.I was only paying for 1 level of the house

The location, the outlook, the facilities and overall cleanliness

We encountered power failure upon check-in and the front desks could not really relate the situation to us but fortunately there was a male Chinese staff who was very helpful to show us the rooms as some of the rooms did not have any power . There was no room service provided. We stayed for two nights and we had to go to the front desks to collect our towels and toilet rolls

The rooms, and pool was satisfying

Wifi signal was bad. Couldn't establish connection when in either of the rooms.

Good location

A bit cramp for a 3 bed cabin. No daily cleaning.

We stayed at the Cottage that fits for 10 pax. Every room has a working AC.2 bathroomsClean houseGood location.

I only see one staff member. They always hide in the laundry room. Nobody at the counter.

The resort is new and clean. Not much facilities but there’s a common KTV in the restaurant and card and board games to rent. A small children’s pool for play. As we’re staying here the Villa, 2nd floor, it’s directly facing the carpark. Convenient. No shoes inside the Villa hence it’s clean.

The window is spoilt in our room hence can’t be closed tightly. Noisy at night where other guests were talking downstairs. The common living space on the ground floor is very noisy when children are playing into the evening at 11ish. We have to get up at 5am the next day and it was very annoying. I’ve to go down twice to tell the children to keep their volume down although there’s signages to inform lowering their volume after 11pm.

Swimming pool with bucket of water like the waterpark. Suitable for family with kids. Love the serenity of nature.

Heroes cafe only open on weekend and not many available foods yet since they just operate the cafe.
