- security access before entering hotel - light breakfast but good enough by considering the staying price - friendly staffs - strategic location - 99 speedmart just beside the hotel, super convenient

- heavy smoking smells around the corridor all the time - aircond super dusty and not cold enough - noisy toilet door

the bkft is just brief, but it is fair for the room price you pay the location is good

the bed sheets and blankets are old and not clean enough, stains are found , tv screen is broken when check in, no window in the room which is not stated clearly on website

The room was clean & cozy. The staff were friendly & helpful too. Please keep up with the good work.

Limited space & food for breakfast. Didn't get to have breakfast there as it finished early on our first day of stay. Not sure if they topped up the food afterwards.

Fo staff very polite... this is my 2nd time stayed but he still remember me. He even helps me with the luggage. The lady at my co time is polite too.

The matress.. its a bit hard. Thats all

The stairway is a problem for old folks like us. No kettle in room but the have a dispenser outside.

I liked everything about the hotel - room space, cleanliness, strategic location, easy to get food paradise, staffs, facilities - iron and iron board,

No bright light for the mirror

The room size is very satisfying. We have enough space to pray. Thats what I looked for in every hotel I went. Also, my brother left his airpod in the room. The hotel was quick to contact us so we managed to turn back back to get it. I appreciate their honesty.

The breakfast doesn't have as claimed in the invoice.As customer I felt disappointed when I arrived at hotel and been told by the reception that not included due to covid 19 condition .I personally cannot accept the reason given by the receptionist they should clarify first in the web so that customer don't feel been cheated.
