I'm in room 234 n condition of the room is old n stain wall.The toilet seat cover is crack n filthy.Our towel is not fit to be call a towel because we were supply with torn n wornout towel.

The service at the hotel was disappointing… I had to wait till midnight to get my towels.. Housekeeping did not pick up calls.

the room is smelly. smell so strong like incense. barely sleep in the smell. please change the room perfume/detergent/softener into something fresh. lemon/lavender etc

Checked in around 5pm but one of the room I've booked is not ready. Reception let us check into the room WITHOUT bath towels provided. Called up housekeeping through their phone for many times but no answer, even the receptionist also took few phone calls to answer. Receptionist claimed that they only have one housekeeper available and will take some time when i asked them how long to get 2 bath towels the receptionist said will update me soon. But throughout the whole stay they didn't even give me the bath towels.Second thing was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bathroom is really in rundown condition even the broken shower head they had to use screw to fix it and the sink is clogged. The water cant even flow out fast enough when I'm brushing my teeth. Everything was dirty and moldy in the toilet and dusty in the room. The refrigerator wasn't even cleaned up and the safe box was broken. The moment we stepped in the room we were greeted by a very strong and bad smell. Too much to complain about till we were too lazy to let them know since we had just booked for a night stay.

Breakfast spread was acceptable. The staff were friendly & helpful.

The room was not clean.Pillows were old & crumble & bed sheets were dirty. Probably not enough staff to do cleaning. Toilet were dirty & floor outlet were clogged. Overall the hotel looks good but cleanliness have to improve. Guests need to feel comfortable which is lacking. Look forward to a cleaner stay in the future.

1. The room was small and very limited space2. The aircond was leaking with water dripping3. We have problem to enter the room because of the key card access not working. Need to change at reception.4. No towel was provided earlier and need to ask for it.5. The room smell bad with smoking smell for 3 days there.

The Executive selection is excellent.

Mainly i chose the executive room is because of the bath tab, but the problem i couldn't fully enjoy it because the heater water only supplies for a few minutes and then the water was cold.

Food quality to be improve. Bad quality, especially scrambled eggs..( smelly )

Font desk staff required training to become friendly staff.

Location is the only favarable thing going for it

The property is very run down. There are actually insects, specifically coaches, crawling around in the bathroom! Reception staff are indifferent.

Breakfast

Irons are only available after 8 AM and before 10 PM because housekeeping starts at 8 AM. This is unreasonable, as we have programs beginning as early as 7:30 AM. Please consider making the iron available earlier for guests with early schedules!

The only nice thing is the supermarket downstairs

1. Toilet seat had pee stains at checkin2. Towels were very old and stained3. Gym is not air-conditioned4. Lacklustre breakfastFor the money, one of the worst hotels I have stayed in Manjung, feels like a budget hotel, maybe worse.

The Indian front desk staff...polite and able to explain well on the room not ready

Room condition..not well maintained. Only 1 lift operating. I have to wait for the room to ready around 4.30pm

Location wise

Rude receptionist, no apologies was heard during both lift not in operation. No basic manners toward guest. Calling receptionist from 10 pm to 8 a.m, still cannot reach till now. Mold bathroom, smelly pillows.

exhaust fan in toilet not functioning and smell bad not sure from where it comes. Family room so very very far away from lift and have to walk long way. Not suitable for elderly age folks and those with osteoarthritis. And should provide 2 access card for 2 bedroom family suite.

Room was spacious..

Rubbish in the toilet was not thrown out.The housekeeping didnt check properly the bathroom.the glass in the toilet was not clean.another room was leaking.the fridge was not cold..
