Not soo likeable. The floor was dirty with human hair The toilet is dirty and not clean properly The pools water is not clean

The hotel manager was inconsiderate and asking us another RM50 because we took extra 1 room. The extra 1 one room was an emergency situation where our current room inaccessable. Since they they do not have spare key they give us another room.

this hotel is my fav to stay with fmly when i come to manjung,the place is good,the price is ok,staff good,have swing pool at this hotel my kids love it..

The swimming pool should be not closed during the school holidays.my kids verry disponted..

Close to supermarkets for more choice over convenience stores and restaurants for good food. Pretty central of Sitiawan if you’re looking to tour the area.

Room quality was far too poor to justify the price.[General]- Door lock is just a push lock for the twist door knob. There were remnants/holes/prints of old locks on the door frame that could’ve been better locking solutions.- My room had holes in the curtains (attached in image)- Insufficient bedside tables, only one was available for a room for three (used a chair as the second one)- Power ports are all on the TV side, none on the bedside- Air conditioner is positioned next to the bed (literally) and pointing away from the bed (subjective to people’s preference, but a negative for me).- WiFi could potentially be insecure as they use one password for the entire building. No captive portal, unsure if there’s proper client isolation. (Fortunately, cellular reception is strong enough.)- Coffee table has two cups and not a kettle but a jug. You’d have to get hot water from the dispenser at the hallway.- No fridge- Moth balls are found on the top shelf, says something about cleanliness.- Some lights are still using florescent light bulbs.[Bathroom]- Bathroom sink drain has no catch should one accidentally drop anything- Shower head poorly maintained, one or two hole in the shower head sprays in all directions and hose pops off.- Toilet paper is 1-ply only[Others]- Parking at the back was unguarded- Elevator is from previous era, closes very quickly (almost got closed on one occasion)

Booked Two rooms for a night stay.Room has musty smell. Had to wear mask in the room and while sleeping . Luckily, only in the room from 10pm- 7am. Very happy to leave as soon as day break.Toilet door can't close.Room light very dim. Air con compressor or whatever it is, is very loud. My friend's room bedsheets has dried blood stain ! Will I stay again. Probably not. But to each their own. You get what you pay ( lol)

Center of town, staffs pleasant, rooms are clean .

Furnishing like the beds and cupboards and towels are aged. While I understand on the furnishing, the towels can be replaces with better ones.

Clean and tidy, staff was helpful and friendly . Although some rooms the water heater may not be functioning, the staff was quick and responsive by switching to the next room :) the door sound proofing is also decent , room is quiet from outside noise .

Can upgrade better pillows (abit too flat), and make sure all water heaters functioning , so can save time and convenience for guests .

Not recommended to stay because the toilet so dirty and the room very smelly, the hotel look old

Old hotel. As you enter the room you can smell the trapped air of the room. Dirty floor, very inconvenient water faucet of the WC (too low) and the worst one, you can hear everything from next door guest. The door at the middle of the room, it's like connected room.

Twice have to change the rooms. The bedsheets wasn't change stains all over place.

The room is very cool air cond functions well

The maintenance is poor here.we got a room 1st but the lock cannot be locked when we want to go out from the room. Changed to another room morning found the heater is not functioning. The facilities are not well maintained, maintenance officers should check or service the facilities before renting cause its not cheap and i felt its bot worth the money.

They have their own carpark. The room size was ok.

The carpet in front of the toilet was dirty. My friend's room was not properly cleaned, she found a toothpick on the bed.
