Mornington Hotel Waterfront Lumut

The room is much better than Mornington at Jalan Permata.

Nearby we cannot get food at night easily.

Size of room - great for family.

- Unwelcoming and abrupt receptionist.- Noisy area. Motorists racing through all hours of the night.- Mould in bathroom.- Music blasting in the morning next to our room. Portable speaker, must have been the cleaners.

No breakfast Infront there are shops so no problem

Your receptionist must be more friendly

Room cleanliness and parking availability.

The lady at front desk during our arrival seems was not welcoming guests. Need to improve on interpersonal skills which is essential for the hospitality industry.

Nearby jetty

Washroom floor very slippery Room sound proof every poor as next door resident talked so louds at morning and kinda disturbancesWashroom water heater old and water supply was so low.

Room is small but enuf amenities

Dingy. Kinda hv tht eerie vibe as I walked to my room. the room could have been cleaned up better. Toilet was so-so lah..

Not affordable & upset

The main door, need card access to enter the hotel. No staff at 10pm till the morning. My family & I need to wait people press the button inside the building. Also the bed so dirty, there is ‘taik cicak’ on the bed sheet. For me it’s not affordable for stay here with the price. Plus the worst thing is we need to fight the car park with others (residents & hotel guests).

Convenient. Near the jeti.Chinese restaurant opposite is good and cheap.

Poor maintenance. The toilet exhaust is not working. Worst tv channel. Batroom grouting cleaning not done. Receptionist must learn how to greet the guest each time when the guest enter. Perhaps they are to shy or lacking of traning from the management.

Easy check in and out n breakfast just across the road.

lighting malfunction, wall insulation not sufficient (can hear other room), bed was not align with floor. They should install carpet rather than tile to help absorb the room sound.

The hotel near with cafe and beach. Easy to access for breakfast and dinner. Just walk within 5mins. Got souvenir shop too.

The toilet a bit smelly, not sure where it come from. Even after shower, it still cant cover the smell. Like someone bring their pet and didn't flush or clean it properly

I thought it would really be at waterfront. Alas, not even the swimming pool can be used

No staff early in the morning. I got a spoilt iron, wanted to return it, nobody at the counter. Waited 15 mins, rung the bell several times, called more than once. Had to go outside, couldn't get back inside as there was no one at the counter. No 'guard' outside too. Both (inside n outside) were missing

Very clean, got safe box and minibar refrigerator.

the staffs were extremely good.. so friendly and helpful.. they go extra mile to help us out as we were not familiar with the area.. room interior should be upgraded.. otherwise everything else was value for money.. it will be great if there is a in house cafe or a mini bar/shop

Could be better as venue does not provide breakfast and not much option around the vicinity for food

First impression is the hotel is not as per discribe. Outside hotel dark, lobby no light, no aircond, environtment scary, staff not friendly, lift very dangerous, aircond in room is leaking. I register and few minute I return back the key and they said cannot refund. I really hate this hotel. You cheat people money by showing a good appearance.

location is ok

1.bed dirty2.washroom dirty and got smell feel wanna vomit when open the door. 3.air cond set auto already feel hot when night4. bed cover damaged. 5. tv channel cant open to watch6. room look small

The price is good.. nice place for short vacation..

Have parking lot.. but very far if this hotel have many customer..
