Mornington Hotel Sitiawan

Staff was friendly.

cleanliness needs to be improved. stains around the bed and pillow. remains of hair from previous person that stayed in the room was found in the toilet. toilet not very clean. booked 2 rooms and spent rm300 for a night. Was expecting it to be better quality for the price. The only positive side is really friendly staff and private parking.

Very convenient. Infront the hotel and nearby have many shops and bank. Beside the hotel also have a beautiful mosque.

Location excellent, nice food are just nearby.The room was clean and bright beyond my expectation.There is a small table and chair which is perfectly for working.

Poor sound insulation.

Location was good. Bed was good.Enough drinking water provided.

The toilet seat was dirty. Please change it cause it's already moldy.The shower and hand shower fittings is dirty and can see rust water.The parking for guest is not enough.My room lighting was bad. First room given power cut off after 10 mins. Have to request for another room.

We initially booked the place to park our bags as we were arriving in the early morning. However the room was really nice, good size, good location and best of all it was clean. Super value for money, would come back again for sure

The room size.. its huge and worth for the money. Shower is good..Receptionist very friendly and answer all our questions..Good stay for 1 night..

I believe housekeeping staff can put little bit more effort or hire another employee to help.. we can easily see dust inside our room.. other than dust, all good.

Comfort mattress

Aircond not cool enough and i can get cheaper hotel for "that" size of room

I have to say it was very clean and the cleaners will come by to clean daily. I like that the air cond was cold as well except there were some sounds - not sure what sound was it.

The mamak below opens late so if you are sensitive to sounds, you will hear people laughing late into the night around 3am? Also the water heater wasn’t exactly hot too. Maybe the management should look into servicing that.

Great transit Hotel. In front of the hotel have small restaurant. Easy to find food. Overall is a good stay, the room facilities have all the things that Hotel required like Aircond, Water heater, Towels, amenities, etc.

Poor WiFi

Good location in Sitiawan. Nearby to a lot of popular local food spots (kopitiam, gong pian, and cendol). Got private parking spot.

The room got a lot of mini cockroach!!!!! BIG NO NO. it seems that the hotel staffs are aware. But cant do much about it.

Not value for money and very basic

My bed is squirky and not stable, bathroom shower room water splashes out cos no proper door

our room was huge and comfy!

the "gangster" receptionist who forgotten to check the system if i had paid or not as she was busy talking on the phone which was not work related. she called me to go down back to the lobby after i have entered my room and made payment and her exact words, "aku lupa kau belum bayar lagi. kau boleh turun sekarang bayar tak?". too speechless to even responded to that sort of customer service.

The bedsheet got stain.. and the towels are not clean enough.

Booking.com charge higher then hotel. Better direct booking from hotel. It save you money

The room is clean, the room is big and comfortable, and the toilet is also very clean

Good thing is the building come with lift. So it is good for elders to stay in.
