I like the food and swimming pool.

It would be better if the duvet was a little thicker.

Room is clean and spacious, pool is wonderful and breakfast is plenty of choices and tasty too.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The room amenities were thoughtfully arranged, the space was generous, and the rooms provided a high level of comfort. Sleep quality was outstanding — the mattresses felt just like home. The restaurant served delicious, freshly prepared food with a wide variety of options to choose from.

(1)The in-room dining was surprisingly good – food arrived on time, well-presented, and delicious. (2)The pool and recreation facilities were excellent, especially the kids’ water slides which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Check-in took a litte longer than expexted during peak time. Hotel’s location is slightly tucked away. Need to travelling out for food or shops.

Its clean, comfortable and spacious with wonderful and gorgeous sunsets. The welcome cookies at check were very well received, as were the lobby water and juice stations that were available throughout the day. Very friendly and helpful staff too. The breakfast/dinner buffets were delicious and really good value for money.

They should offer the dinner buffet everyday instead of making it subject to occupancy. The hotpot buffet is nowhere near as good and could easily be replaced with a more continuous dinner buffet offering. There should be tablecloths for the dinner buffet - it could help add to the ambience.

The hustle and bustle at the restaurant registration point . Reception recorded my name incorrectly.. hence was unable to connect to WIFI network. bad smell in the shower cabin and toilet, In the corridor crockery and food remains on the floor

The breakfast was good with ample variety. The property is serene and comforting.

The long drive to get to the place.

I liked the staff for their friendliness. Also the vast expanse of the property makes the stay very relaxing

I would definitely rate my experience a 5 out of 5! I had a truly enjoyable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.Even though there were some flies around, it didn’t bother me at all because there were so many fun and memorable activities that kept us engaged throughout the stay. Thank you for the great hospitality I would love to return again in the future!

Everything. There was nothing for us to feel unsatisfied with. The view, the food, the room, everything was amazing

We loved everything but believe some things can be improved onAreas to improve:1. Board Game room: Can have more games and make sure games which are available have all the pieces so can still play2. Pool table: Maybe can have a rate by hour and not just by game

I like that there are many activities to do in and around the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Selection of breakfast are great. Staff are friendly and attentive. Definitely a suitable place for a family holiday to bring kids.

Fly issue. Upon entering our room we were greeted with several flies so we spent the first 15 minutes trying to catch the flies. According to locals and staff it is to be expected.
