- Aircond not cold- Tv no signal- Towel so thin- Shower not clean properly- Hairdryer not functioning

Only the location. Convenient, close by to the beach.

Room was smaller than expected. Dirty room, toilet. All along the corridors were dirty pile of laundry and towels, corridors smelt like wet stockings. Towel and bed sheets were stained. Window panel broken, AC unit had so much cigarette butt.

direct acces to main road.few step away from KK mart, mamak stall, banks.just few minute drive to McD, petrol pump etc.

The bathroom and bed sheet needs to be more cleaner

Location is strategic. Easy access to Lumut/Manjung/Teluk Batik.

Please replace the toilet seat. Pillow cover and comforter not so clean.

Good loc for family. Plenty of shops near this hotel.

Cleaniness at par. Got stain at the bedsheet and the room smells abit anoying.

Nearby within walking distance food is accessible. There is Speedmart and KK Mart (24hours) within walking distance.

Rooms too small, weak WIFI

The room not to big..but comfortable..the bed is big..clean..

Easy to locate with plenty of shop-front parking lots. Food, marts and pharmacy are within walking distance.

Sheets with yellow stains and hair, broken TV remote control, no TV channels, dampened toilet rolls (leftover of ⅒ roll), air-conditioning remote control out of batteries, dim lightings.

Nothing problem with the hotel only too noisy at night due motor & car race.. It's too noisy

Easy car parks.. And near by restaurants and 7e shops

Cozy bed. Channel tv good signal. Toilet so big. Everything good

Hot shower sometime not function. Slow water tap at sink.

The room ok for first exit but the floor feel sand all over i asked them to swipe the floor again.. N its shock me when the fridge had loud sound from the fridge fan problems almost we in room day n night time.. Then 2 3 times blackout n shorting in my room + when we are sleeping.. Very disappointed i think my room is 301 is not proper to stay maybe it problem room but thats why they sell very cheaper price.. Then i asked for change new room they give me next day other room at level 2 no 315 but when check out for 3 days 2 ninght.. I missing my white pants at hotel room.. When i call for assistant to asked the front desk not give me good help.. Only said nothing in room.. Why they never check all when do cleaning n guest missing item need to keep atleast 3 or 6 months follow the hotel sop till last date no question.. 2 times i missing item in the hotel but they always said nothing i left how can??.. The service very bad the quality of room is low expectation.. This not once more then 7 times i came this hotel from this hotel open new... but now really disappointed with the service n front desk services must be good conversation with guest.. Anyway i tell this for Mornington Bukit Permata please to be good services n more improvement for long term business?

Although there are no breakfast provided, this hotel surroundings with good and nice food. Location is near to my work place and aeon shopping.

Sounds proof individual rooms.

1. The place was strategic since nearby to 99 speedmart and 10 minutes from Aeon Manjung/Lumut jetty terminal/ teluk batik2. At morning there's 3 stall selling breakfast. 3. The aircond was cold. Room was clean.4. During nighttime it is very quite.5. Staff was friendly 6. Easy check in and check out.

1. The toilet need some improvement. There's some ? in the toilet and the toilet bowl didn't properly clean.2. Can only get one channel TV. But I don't really mind since I'm only coming back during night time and already tired. But if the hotel can provide more channel then it will be great.
