No window.

Easy access from front or back entrance.

Very noisy. People talk loudly outside. Disturbing.

Everything was fine

The bathroom not clean at all, the floor was slippery quite dangerous for family who had a kid.

Even late check at 1 am..room still available..this is good..

Nothing...good sleep as well

Staff was friendly and helpful..

Lobby, room floor, and toilet were not that clean. It is very noisy as the staff is talking outside very loudly and next door guest was interpreted our sleep. The entire hotel only has 1 hair dryer to use..

Located right in the heart of Lumut and very near to Lumut's Jetty. If you travelling with Family, please take the Family room 1 queen and 1 single bed with sea view as the room is bigger.

Parking was a bit of an issue around the hotel itself as Lumut has limited public parking space unless you don't mind the walk from the central parking space (usually people going to Pangkor will park here).

Location was strategic. In the middle of Lumut Town and near Lumut Jetty. The Room is clean but parking was a hassled because peak season. It's township issue not hotel issue. Will come again to this Hotel.

Good location near ferry and bus terminal exactly as I needed. Simply furnished, clean and tidy. Ample filtered water. For the price this was acceptable. Reception recommended dinner option.

The pillows were too hard and big, but it was only for a night stay. No other negatives given the price.

Location was so nice..perfect...good for Fishing but overall is totally not satisfied

No kettle to boiled water for baby..need to go out take some hot water..cup in the room was so dirty..tv not functioning ..we came here for vacation n privacy end up tv no channel..totally not satisfied...sorry to say next hotel is better lumut suites..they provide breakfast n great service...

Hotel ok clean...staff counter bad mood everyday...pertama kali masuk hotel i tak bertegur staff counter sebab dia rasa dia owner hotel kot....

Hotel near lumut town,near lumut jetty can walk..

there is no elevator, it is difficult for the elderly to go up to the 2nd floor.

The morning receptionist not bothering anything and the owner not helpful at all. Whatever you ask the answer will be NO, CANNOT & DIFFICULT.No cleaning was done, No replacement was done, No Nothing.We reached late evening as we go after working hour from Shah Alam. But I have informed in my booking earlier. Reach there the receptionist couldn't find my booking which I have made few months earlier.Extra mattress - Maintenance guy accidentally took home the keyChange blanket - Cannot only morningI booked room for 5pax but there's only 2 towels in that room when asked.When asked the owner more IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWERNOT RECOMMENDED AT ALLVERY VERY BAD/ POOR/ LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

1. Brezza Hotel Lumut is 1.4miles from the center of Lumut near Lumut Jetty.2. Near fast food restaurant and shop lot.

1. The front desk staff member not friendly and not helpful.2. Poor guest service.2. Hot water constantly running out.3. The bathroom door lock is broken.4. The window lock also broken. Not safety for kids.5. Water dispenser is working properly.

I like the location..very suitable for family and easy to get any needed in a way..there have an ATM, 7e, sppedmart, mr.diy, restaurants and foodtrucks. But make sure pay the parking ticket every day from 8am-5pm..

Supposedly put a jug kettle in every room, so we no need to go outside the room to get hot water to make some drinks. Others is ok, satisfied..
