Coral Bay Resort

The hotel looked very old form outer but to my surprise the room was quite new and comfortableThe view from my room was very serene as i can see the sunset and the beach from afar.You will find variety of food along the street as there are few numbers of restaurant available.the breakfast was good as there are variety of foods and the pool is good too.

Aircond cannot adjust manual, plug point for TV not function

The stay is vey near to beach and restaurants. The reception counter staff good.

The water heater didnt work, after we call 2 times to reception then we got people to check on it but it only 2nd day stay only, the room service also same, we already hang the board before 12pm but still didnt get anybody to clean up my room, people came after 2.30pm, that also they didnt change the bedsheet, they just tide up.

The location.was good as it was near to few hot spot.Room was so spacious

The rooms displayed on booking.com are from new building.we got to know that our room will be at old building upon checking..the room was smelly and bathroom are not clean.They really need to do renovation for their old building.The towels were so old.We found a BIG DAMN cockroach inside our room and lost our peace.The staff came to assist to get rid of the unwanted alien.Pest control required as well.

The water is very slow and hot water is poor the aircond is very noisy at the room

Nice strategic location but could have been cheaper because I think RM250 per day is not worth it

All was ok except for the crowd there.

Less internet or wifi line in my room level 3, and i think for the next improvement can provide iron for each level.

Toilet and very old furniture. Rusted fridge and spoiled aircon

Near Pasir Bogak and restaurants

Pretty run down. Guest jumping into the pool with all clothes on. No regard for swimming dress code.The breakfast menu was the same daily. Coffee was awful.

The counter service is very good, staffs is very friendly, room is tidy, good location, walking distance to the beach.

The building slightly old, but so far everything is ok.

Left its best days behind, a renovation is definitely necessary here.

Room was quite spacious, and the airconditioner was staggering powerful! Breakfast was good though not much varieties. Pool was full of people most of the time making the water filthy too.

It was an old hotel indeed, some facilities were so old, hopefully it could do some refurbishment in the future.

Just the pool and the location..

The receptionist not friendly and not even smile ..and the breakfast not worthy for what you pay ...

The aircond in master bedroom is spoilt

Toilet drainage paip was beside the bed in master bedroom was too noisy and uncomfortable.

Swimming pool water not really clean (berkeladak), Need regular cleaning since always pack with people. High risk of virus & disease to spread. No control of people smoking around swimming pool. Need bigger signage or strict control for non smoking area because not many people have good common sense.

Room should keep maintenance and touch up. Overall room environment look like very old should touch up so that everytimes customer revisit will feel comfort and fresh
