Good staff, clean and comfortable room

Bad internet connection, limited tv channel, one window dont have lock, details of room facilities have dining area and sofa but actual room dont have. Please do more on facilities maintenances

I like the location. it was very convenient the environment is also quiet. but I found the hotel is quiet old so they should upgrade some facilities into their room ( had only 1 charging port for 4 person's room). Staffs were helpful.

The overall facility is average. the washroom exhaust fan wasn't working. . only have one switch port to charge all my gadgets. it should have been more ports as all we know we have multiple gadgets and it was a 4-person room.

for a location closer to the beach, suitable for families

Some parking lots are quite dark, broken tiles in the pool can cause injury, and the children's play area can be improved.

Nothing is there to like.

The worst place to stay. Dirty rooms. They didnt change the bedsheets and amneties were broken. Room card cant be used.

The staff are friendly and generous helping in attend customer. The resort also nearby to beach whereby you can just walk to there. The room are spacious also.

The aircon not enough cold. Need to wait almost 2hr to feel to cold. The water pressure so low. The toilet and washroom smelly. No chair in the room for sit.

When I first enter the property it really looks old,staff is average then when i go to the room it cannot be open with the card they provide need to go down again changed it and staff come to see what happens.the room really dirty,the floor is dusty and all out foot is black me and my son started to sneezing and coughing due to dust Only 1 aircond in the room and fan i living room which make all of us regret taking the his room if like that better we take room with bed because we only stay in the room only and not even sit in the living roomBathroom even worseAfter all it really a bad stay

The night Shift staff incharged the counter wad rude. Room for 4, but only provide 2 towels, 2 mineral water. Only provide one access card. When i asked for towels, he said i need to pay RM 10 for each towel..when I asked for extra access card, reason given was line problem..full HOUSE..etcc. come on, we Will not share towel OKAY, room for 4 OKAyOverall very POOR.

The pools were big and clean, the room was cosy and quiet, suitable for a family with small kids. Cute corner to make tea / coffee and hot water was also available in the bathroom. Ample parking space, near to the beach amd other tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and wonderful! Would definitely gp there again for our next holiday..!! ????

Wifi service was not strong and only two channels were available on TV. However these did not affect our family holiday that much as our telco had strong signals and we did other activities to keep ourselves occupied ?

The location

Received the room that havent housekeeping yet, had to go down to meet receptionist to complaint and they did give a new room. Luckily the new room already housekeeping. But the balcony is super dirty and no light bulb. The toilet water heater and door also broken.

The location is advantageous, as it’s just a 5-minute walk to Pantai Telok Batik. I sincerely hope they will improve their facilities.

I am very disappointed with almost everything in this hotel:1. The TV cannot display any channels.2. The elevator is tiny and extremely outdated.3. The bedsheets are stained with blood and dirt.4. The air conditioner takes an excessively long time to cool the room due to its outdated model.5. The provided mug was so dirty, it almost brought me to tears.6. Upon entering the room, I found the fridge leaking, and the staff merely wiped it and placed a rug over the area. Unbelievable.

The property offer very tidy and clean unit despite the property is quite an old facilities.

If got chair to sit in the room that would be nicer as we need to eat on the floor or on our bed.

Location so strategic, but still need walk to beach around 500 meter I think.

- Access door, so hard to open my room. - The air conditioner, so old school and nit cool ?- My date is busy day, so must waiting cleaner finish do their job. So check in late around 30 minutes
