Sfera Hotel

The rooms were great

Wifi was horrible. TV programs could be improved with some movies. TV was rather fuzzy

The breakfast had plenty of food. The gym size is decently good. Easy access to everything. Lift works well. Nice pool area

The room was a little dusty. The reading room was dusty too

Nice breakfast. Huge room.

No working hot water. Major turn off. Old facilities.

None for this trip but several years ago, I stayed in the hotel. When I woke up there were so many ants on the bed! I was shocked and disappointed with the cleanliness. This time round, it is okay but the memory stays.

1. The room rates are affordable.2. Breakfast is included with the booking, and the restaurant offers quality food with a pleasant dining experience.3. The location is strategic, being close to eateries (particularly kedai tomyam), convenience stores such as Speedmart and TF Mart, as well as a pharmacy.4. The facilities are good, with a large kid-friendly swimming pool.5. The room is spacious, equipped with an iron and ironing board in the cupboard, and offers a pleasant environment with a city view.

1. Parking can be a bit challenging, as guests are required to use public parking outside the hotel, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis.2. The internet connection is relatively slow, so we found it more convenient to use our own mobile data. 3. The television reception was unclear, which made viewing less comfortable.

Sky Bridge/Breakfast/Swimming Pool/Room Service

Parking/Air Conditioning

Very poor condition of shower - low water pressure, leaking shower hose & lukewarm water.Breakfast was very poor quality

I like the room because it is clean with good amenities. The location is also strategic so it is easy to buy food and travel to other nerby tourist attraction like Lumut for seafood, Teluk Batik for good beach etc.

The food for breakfast need to top up quickly because i saw many customer are waiting for it.

The breakfast spread.

Parking - we had to walk quite far while carrying luggage to get to our car.

Room was spacious, clean, the matress & pillows are comfortable enough.Shower - water pressure was strong. Breakfast was good- a lot of variaties.

TV nor clear/sharp...shaky.

Staff at reception very good

Please improve on your cleanlinessVery little of choice on breakfast. Taste also no good

not clean, breakfast was oily taste not good at the time, pool area was dirty and dry leafs all around and the staff was talking each other not bother the customer same as receptionist

all above the said

PLEASE IMPROVE ON YOUR LIFT FUNCTION. THE DOOR CLOSES VERY FAST. ALTHOUGH THERE IS A SIGN FOR GUEST AT EVERY LEVEL BUT IT IS STILL VERY DANGEROUS. I THINK YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING ON THAT. AND ALSO THE SCENT IN THE ROOM. NOT A PLEASANT SMELL ONCE I OPEN THE DOOR.

Location

During fasting month, the breakfast is not really buffet style. Not much choice and not worth to add on. Those information is not informed guest before. We were expecting to enjoy the buffet meal after long journey traveling but very disappointed.

It’s convenient and breakfast was nice too. Staffs are friendly too.

The air conditioning was leaking throughout the night and room condition was dusty we was offered to change to another room then again the lights tripped with sound of explosion at night.

Great buffet breakfast and that's it!

Dirty, we killed 2 roaches!

Breakfast option very niceParking area convenientRoom so comfortable

Its accesable, convinience.

It’s decent. not the best. Shower head falling off, mosquito in the room, and a bit dusty as I keep sneezing when in the room. Its not worth the price although its the only decent hotel available near. Breakfast is okay but be mindful the cleanliness is B.

1. The room cleaners were good. Willing to change the duvet cover during our stay.2. The breakfast buffet is fair but can be improved.

1. The lift door closer closes less than seconds, its poses danger for young children and elders who may get hit by the lift doors.2. The swimming with stagnant water, I think the pool is not running with proper active filtering system. And the pool water is not well maintained or cleaned.3. The hotel room air conditioning required deep cleaning and service, the ventilation fan in the bathroom requires to be cleaned(full of dust trapped)4. Pest control especially on cockroaches needed to be performed. Small cockroaches running freely in the room and walkways.

Big room, big toilet, have parking for hotel guest. Buffet breakfast was ?
