The owner and family were friendly people n ever ready to help. The location of the hotel is strategic as it's just walking distance to nearby beach. The hotel also comes with scooter rental service in case u want to explore the island. There's no worries about food as there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the place. The room size is what u can describe as standard( personally just perfect for both of us). We truly enjoyed the stay & will definitely recommend it to our family and friends

The location was nice and had amazing service!Right as we went through the doors the owner was extremely nice and had a wonderful ambiance.The elevator and throughout the hotel was very clean and felt new even, 3 months new to be specific.Very sad to leave, had a great stay at Pangkor.
There was this one outlet in room 301 that kept flickering on and off, stayed on all night. The only fix was to play into the actual plug and not the USB.

New building with beach view and well cleanliness.. Nearer to beach. Owner is so friendly and supportive.
