Staff was very friendly and kind. Mountain room was beautiful and comfortable. The resort is absolutely beautiful.

Food choices were fairly limited. It would have been nice to have snacks served by the pool and beach.

As a Muslim no mat for prayer.Hopely provide at least one at the villa.

Beautiful property on an island off the east coast of Malaysia.Wonderful spa and good restaurants and especially good breakfast.The twenty minute boat ride from the mainland is also interesting and fun.

Nothing stings to mind however it should be noted that the journey from KL can take up to four hours if the traffic is heavy.

Like the bar in the spa village. Mizan is very helpful and pleasant. Like the spa villa too.

The walk to facilities is a bit long

The resort is beautiful and very well located and easy to access from KL. The staff is very friendly.

The lack of cleanliness especially in the hillside villa area, the trails are never taken care of and the hills under the villas are full of garbage. The additional bed for the kids is very uncomfortable and the WiFi does not work.

There was a good choice and well presented. Staff were very good at fulfilling requests.

The coffee could be better. The shuttle services wasn’t efficient.

This hotel is amazing! We booked our second week here for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredible—we truly felt like celebrities. They were so caring and thoughtful throughout our stay.We loved dining at the restaurants and relaxing by the pool, but our favorite day was the cooking experience. We were taken into the town, learned about the local fishing process, caught our own fish, and then returned to the restaurant for a private cooking lesson. It was such a unique and memorable experience!We also did the jungle walk and the sunset tour, both of which were unforgettable. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we would love to come back someday.

All great Only issue is shuttle to beach and return could run more frequently but it’s only 15-20 min walk

Warm welcome ,very friendly and helpful staff @ Mr mahes n mr segar was very helpful . His staffs also very good. Banana leaf meal for lunch by the beach was awesome . Food was also good in all restaurant from breakfast to dinner.

The spa was really nice. The nature and the jungle walk were also very nice.

There was a lot of plastic trash in the sea. Such a shame as the beach was wonderful, but you could not really enjoy swimming.

Location and the staff are brilliant

The gym needs a bit of attention and some better aircon.

Pretty much everything was spectacular. So special to stay in the sea villa and staff were wonderful.

The only thing to improve would be to have more selection of coffee or drinks - such as matcha, flavoured coffees and perhaps some milk alternatives available. Also perhaps some more options at breakfast such as acai smoothie bowls and berries, granola etc. The gym also needs a little update - only one treadmill was working which impacted us slightly. Everything else was spectacular, however! Thank you for a once in a life time experience!

breakfast is good choice, dinner at Uncle Lim, not as good as it use to be

i am surprise the boat ride fees is not included in the room rate, also they should have a free parking space for guest, The parking rate is so expensive, as they counter by calendar date not 24 hours. Mean staying one night i have to pay 2-day rate,

The unique ecological diversity of the PL island is amazing. We enjoyed every minutes of the interactions with the hornbills (including nesting!) and experienced echolocation of the flying fox. Crystal clear emerald water provides so much joy too.

The Balinese massage with the spa was good

The first impression was not good. We stayed at spa villa, the receptionist told us upon check in that everything we consume will be chargeable. In fact, the spa villa has no additional benefit compared to the hill villa which we stayed last time, except that it’s the furthest from the lobby. Van took long time to come and pick despite calling 0# to the reception. Food quality is rather disappointing. Standard has dropped a lot since our last visit about 10 years ago. We had high hopes for the spa villa but Overall experience: not worth it.

the short boat ride to the resort, a remote and exclusive feeling. nice island vibe,good sized rooms with big bathrooms. Great infinity pool, super well organized with the shuttle to and from the Beach. Very friendly and attentive staff, big range of food

the Sea did not seem very clean to swim in. Room cleaning very late and not thorough.

Beautiful setting on Pangkor Laut. Great food. Lovely chalet style accommodation. Lovely staff.

Cleaning of rooms slightly below par: dusty, verandah not tidied and cleared of rubbish.

Privacy and nice view

Somebody entered our room when we went out on evening for sunset view. Just notice that after checkout when i saw our video during check in. And during night time i cant sleep due to foot step sound from upstairs. Scary.
