I was surprised that I couldn’t book breakfast via booking.com and assumed that I could do that upon check-in. Unfortunately, the day I checked in the buffet breakfast was “sold-out“. I never heard that a buffet breakfast can be sold out. Anyway, this is a very important information which should be made aware off to its customers via booking.com.

The rooms were cleans and modern. Very nice. The pool was a nice touch.

They closed the pool our second night there as they said it was “too windy”. That was disappoint but they let us cancel our second night there as the only reason we went was to use the pool with the kids

I could see a beautiful night sea with a bridge visible from the room.

The staff’s service is formal. It would be better if they were a bit friendlier.

The interior design of the room is very luxurious and comfortable.

The day I arrived was a rainy day and I slept in room 406, the design of the building's exterior resulted in very loud noises when it rained which kept me from sleeping.

The hotel is very modern and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was polite and offered good recommendations. The second floor has a pool, a bar, and a convenience store. They also offer room service.

It is not easy to reach the hotel without a car (though transport in Yeosu without a car is already tricky) and there is not much to see near the hotel at walking distance.

All the staff were very kind and nice and the location was so easy to go everywhere.The view at swimming pool was really nice.

The bathroom floor was slippery.

The hotel is good and the staff are accomodating. They also clean my room everyday. It is also accessible and easy to navigate.

The room has plenty of space and a beautiful view. The surroundings are calm and quiet. It's very close to the sea. There is a trail along the sea and a small village close bye. The manager was very friendly and extremely helpful. She helped us book taxis at any time of the day and she gave us tips about which places to visit.

You need a car if you want to go to the centre of Jeosu or anywhere for that matter.

Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bar closes at 10pm, quite early but there are places to go outside of the hotel.

We had a room facing the mountain which unfortunately also meant that it had a full afternoon sun facing. Which made the room very stuffy and warm even in late autumn because there was no air conditioning option to turn on. The staff were very helpful and provided a fan to help ventilate the room.

The general manager Kim Sun was super helpful. He even arranged a taxi to Mokpo for us. His English is excellent.The river view is gorgeous with lots of boating action by the neon lit bridge.

Difficult to get to without a car. Would recommend getting a taxi instead of the bus. Room was quite dusty and the facilities tired.

The room I stayed was very large.The TV was good quality.

There were no wash machines.There were no shoehorn.The hair dryer was not available 220V AC. So, I scared using it.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The view I booked of the bridge and waterway was stunning. The heated pool relaxing. I loved my stay here.

Breakfast was very limited and little for vegetarians. I was upgraded to an ocean view room - the view was over a junk yard and dry dock - terrible. The location is awful with no restaurants worth eating at nearby.

There is a convenience store on the 2nd floor with everything in it. The locarion right next to Dolsan bridge provides a great night walk stroll view

The location was a bit far from the center of the city, there is only one bus that runs once per hour. So the transportation wasnt very convenient.

Location is close to the cable car station. The swimming pool is very nice, has a nice view.
