- The staff especially Ms. Nahyeon Jo she was very friendly and very helpful. She was always ready to support with a smile on her face at all times. All the staff were friendly and welcoming but Nahyeon Jo was an exception my thanks to her and her way of handling any situation or request. Also the rooms were spacious.

- The location. There is nothing around it at all except for the grocery store at the hotel anywhere else you have to drive. The kitchen was not equipped except for a few cups and nothing else. The view was nice but not too impressive. Towels are small and old. The swimming pool is closed in the morning and opens in the afternoon.
- There was nearly no seating in the room. Despite having a balcony and some extra room by the sliding door there were no chairs. we only had two plastic stools.

The cheapest room is a twin bedroom and that was really nice as you’re provided with a microwave, kettle, TV, terrace, and stove if you need to cook. Beds are comfortable to sleep on and all the staff were friendly. I especially liked the roof-top pool!
The roof-top bar sells over-priced food which is quite mediocre. And I booked this hotel using advanced payment so I was expecting them to charge me before I checked-in. However, the hotel told me I hadn’t paid yet so I paid on check in. I’m kind of expecting to get double charged now though so I’m just watching out for that.
A beautiful place to stay for a nice, quiet vacation. The rooftop alone was worth it. The staff was wonderful and the food was great.
Excellent hotel room. It is a full serviced apartment in style. Appearance tells me it is for extended stays. Great choice for the corporate traveler.
The lounge food and breakfast were for the Korean palate. There wasn't a western food choice which was unfortunate.
