Hidden Bay Hotel.

The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, especially the man in the suit (forgot to ask for the name). The facilities including the pool area, was well maintained and clean. The room was decent sized and clean as well, although some of the decor could use a small refresh (like the carpeting and bed frame). The location is a bit far from the main city/tourist area but it’s manageable with a taxi ride. The hotel wasn’t overly crowded and the elevator was always available. The convenience store at B1 floor was very convenient as well when we needed some drinks and food. If I ever go back to Yeosu, I’ll be back for sure.

It would have been better to freshen the room's air before the guest checked in. When we got into the room, it had the order of musty and mold

There could have been chaises around the pool. The fitness center should be aired out. It smells of volitile organic compounds.

Lovely hotel in a spectacular location . all rooms have views of the bay and islands. centrally located between downtown Yeosu and Expo. A wonderful value for a beautiful property

The views, cleanliness, room size

I liked our room very much, with a view of the sea and with the comfortable chair to sit and enjoy the view. The staff was helpful.

Breakfast was not worth the high price (no Korean rice porridge among other things). Bed was not so comfortable. I would have liked a table and chairs at the terrace since there was space. And I would have loved to have a room with a view of the islands as in the picture when I booked, instead of a room to the other side.

Lovely hotel. Lovely customer service everywhere . The older guy in the restaurant was so friendly and nice when we had dinner . Would highly recommend to couples looking a quiet escape from the city.

We liked the swimming pool in the hotel. On the day of our arrival (Monday 4 October) there was only one person behind the desk for the check-in. He was very friendly and helped us very well. The woman who cleaned our room was very helpful.The location of the hotel is very good and the view from our room is excellent.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel because the price of the breakfast was very high, to our opinion.

The personnel was very kind in general.We had a very nice bbq outside where a cook helped us out.The location is quite and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset on the bay.

Surprisingly the breakfast came with a discount but only if you reserve it in advance.
