    Pros +

    • Great location. The rooms faced the ocean and views from the balcony were amazing. The rooms are big and clean. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Ample parking. Lots of restaurants down the street.
    • Room was clean and large. The A/C worked great. There was a balcony, although the view wasn't that spectacular...but can't blame the hotel since we chose the location for our stay. Room had everything we needed.
    • Very good location. Nice sea view.

    Cons -

    • Unfriendly staff at the front counter. The room I booked was for 2 beds and 1 futon. There was no futon. I asked about the futon and the lady at the front counter just says "NO." I explained that I booked the room because there was 2 beds and a futon and she just says "NO." I showed her the booking detail that specifically says 1 twin bed, 1 full bed and 1 futon bed. She replies, with "I don't know why Booking still shows that information. It's not correct. If you want a blanket, we can give you one but it's $10,000 won." In addition to the unfriendly counter lady, the beds were either old or cheap and we could feel every spring that is in the bed. Unfortunately, the check-in was meh and we couldn't get a sound sleep at night. On top of all this, it wasn't a cheap place to stay at a $125/night. Not likely going to book here again, if we are ever in Yeosu again.
    • size of towels are quite small.
    • They only have a cafe so no dinner or breakfast let alone lunch, they should also change there name to Gold Shore Resort because there is no beach.

It had a beautiful ocean view- just outside the balcony. It was soothing to stay in a clean room with a quiet atmosphere. Heating was good, restroom didn't smell- not many things were found to be "disturbing" at all.

I think it was pretty far from sightseeing places- so without a car it was almost impossible to go around the place. And not many restaurants are nearby in walking distance. But because of the distance it was so quiet and had a great view day and night.

The place was renovated and looked good and clean. Kitchen had all necessary utilities, microwave is new, ricepot looked good as well (haven’t used it though). They had water purifier down the hall which is very convenient. We could see the sea from the window and the neighbourhood was very very quite during night.

The neighbours from the room above us came very late and were super noisy. Fortunately our kids were asleep but I couldn’t sleep until 2am because of noise.
