View ,room was big and clean. Staff was kind.

Clean and spacious family suite, restroom and shower area was perfect for our family.

Breakfast buffet was too expensive, pool usage should be included in price, not enough restaurants in hotel.

This was a very nice hotel with a resort like atmosphere. The room was very comfortable with a relaxing balcony view. The buffet breakfast was very nice and appetizing. It contained a large variety of dishes to choose from. The swimming pool was very nice and one of the better pools I I’ve seen at a hotel in Korea.

I just thought the restaurant ( to include the breakfast buffet) was a little pricey.

Views were amazing. We had a choice between a sunset or sunrise room. both overlooked the ocean with a beautiful balcony. Easy access to all the Yeosu attractions. We went when it was still cold and the pool was closed but I imagine the pool would be wonderful in the summer. Restaurant on the top floor was pricey but very delicious. All the staff was wonderful; professional and courteous.

The bathroom was designed wonderful but there was absolutely no privacy. No door for your “morning quiet time” and the toilet room was a swinging door that didn’t lock and was clear glass at the top. The bakery on the first floor wasn’t open during breakfast, so no coffee or baked goods.

Fantastic suite with the most amazing view! And for Oyster lovers it is a must stay hotel - less than one kilometer walk to the best EVER oyster restaurants.

The room was clean. The ambience of the hotel was pleasing.

For the price of the rooms…breakfast was an additional 50000; the pool was 50000; the cabanas at the pool were 80000. Everything should have been included since the rooms were so expensive

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and spoke English. Our room was clean and spacious. Nice view of the ocean. All the toiletries included. Appreciated the choice of a standup shower and bathtub. Loved full size towels.

You have to pay to use the pool and pay for towels for the pool. Masks were required in the pool. We went during winter and the main infinity pool was not heated; only the kid pool was heated. So, we ended up not using the pool at all. we ordered take out from the restaurant. we left the dishes outside of our front door to be picked up. It was all still there the next morning when we left.

Very calm and relaxing to stay. It is a very big hotel. We had breakfast there and it was very satisfying. The staff were kind and very accomodating.There are Vienna Coffee Shop and Emart inside the hotel. There are restaurants and coffee shops too near the hotel. And the nearest tourist spot is the Yeosu Art Land!

Only one elevator was functioning for the guests! The other elevator is for employees. Our room was not well vacuumed! We closely looked at the carpet and it was disappointing that we could see mark of something meaning not well cleaned! The bed and pillow covers were obviously clean but because the room was not well vacuumed the dust were spreading up to the bed and we could not sleep well because it gave us itchy feeling. Some facilities were still under construction.

Just the room and the view

Swimming pool was a big disappointment with people just standing in the murky water to take selfies. No place to do laps. And they charged us money to go to the pool. First time ever in a hotel. Room service menu has very limited options and also not good.

Courteous staff! Wonderful location for touring Yeosu but not in the city. All rooms had water views. Delicious breakfast buffet.

This is a luxurious hotel. Paid over 1000 dollars US for a family room for three nights, which was nicely appointed with an amazing view of the water and sunset. Parking was easy and the location was a quick drive to town.

The price was pretty steep given the lack of amenities at the hotel. The pool was closed. It was impossible to get a slot at the golf zone despite it being the off season. No sauna. The gym was just an empty room with no equipment. Breakfast was great but very expensive. The convenient store on site was unmanned most of the time and hard for non-Koreans to use, I couldn’t figure it out so we had to go offsite for items (first for me in five years in Korea).
