Can check in late in the middle of the night and early morning due to arrive very late. Have lounge outside room if want to chill

Light going through the room via the top ventilation. Mayb its for air circulation to prevent humidity.

Near to ferry port to cross over to lake toba

Light from outside because have top window ventilation in the room. So when sleep is quite bright

The location was okay.

The sink was moldy, broken and leaking all water on the floor which made such a bad smell and when asked to change room the other one had the exact same problem (no other option was given), the bedsheets didn’t seem clean, wifi was barely working, the windows broken so mosquitos etc. could come in. Also we were only given one towel for the both of us and no toilet paper. Will not be going back to redoorz.

Reception were polite, location right in the centre of Parapat a short walk to the lake, wifi was OK too

Noisy as above the door are open wooden louvres so the scooters & trucks can be heard from the road as can their loud horns! Asked reception for hot water in the shower but was told there was none, understand that in certain places this happens but no sink was disappointing even though all the pipes and plumbing is there for one.

The position and the parking.

When I told the receptionist that we have booked a double and a twin room, they told that they have received a booking for two double. She refused to modify the booking according to what we have requested trough booking.com. Moreover they didn’t accepted any electronic payment even if it was specified on the website that they would. The room was dirty, there was a cicak (geco) in the toilet and hair in the bedsheets.

If you are going to Samosir Island go directly and don't stay overnight in Parapet.

Terrible bed,no covers on Doona, rock hard pillows, sewage smell from bathroom,no hot water and adjacent to very noisy main road.

Very affordable place if you need to stay a night in Prapat.

Room was close to the lobby and in open connection to the hallway through ventilation holes and -grills. Therefore a lot of noise and light was coming into the room all night. Only one towel in a two person room. Unfortunately there was also a power blackout in town all night.

The location & clean room even no fasilities

The room 316 smelt smoke ? from outside, and no exchaust fan from toilet.

The hotel has spacious old style, but clean rooms - beds are good and it is centrally located in Parapat. Rooms at the backside of the hotel are quiet at night.
