When I checked in (the room was not ready by then), I was told to put in 9th floor executive room. However, when I picked my key. I realized it was on the 9th floor. I asked the reason and the front desk didn't provide a reason. Sigh!

The service and most of all the location
The hotel needs a major renovation. The room furnitures are old and worn out.The bfast buffet is mostly if not all Chinese, extremely limited western options, except for pastries and coffee.

So happy I have been travelling to China for 20 years and this hotel and its location was great. I actually felt like i was on holiday but it was work. Its a tonic after being in built up cities. Room was great. I would book this hotel again in a heart beat.
