Nice room. Excellent breakfast.

Great service.

Nice and spacious room, all amenities you like available and replenished. Comfy beds, good curtain to block daylight. Breakfast would be rated as very good, but unfortunately the hot dishes on display were all luke-warm to cold and the service staff was slow and unmotivated!

The staff speaks no to bad and little English and actually avoids even to try. The concierge service is a disaster!!! young girls with no knowledge of anything and NO English language skills. Sent us to the lake park which closed 45 minutes later, so no point to go in and pay the entrance fee. Sent us to temple which is closed for major renovation and construction works. So time and taxi money wasted. A hotel of this international standing and this even in the name (INTERCONTINENTAL!!!!) should definitely cater for international clients who cannot speak Chinese!!!

The hotel was neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning was good and the room and bathroom was very spacious. The gym is spacious and the pool was a lovely relaxing area. The hotel is close to restaurants and a lovely park to walk through at night. The room services is decently priced and the portions are generous. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of Western and Asian dishes to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.

Some of the facilities are somewhat older, like the plug station could be updated with c-port charging. but other than that the room is clean. Smoke free and the staff is very helpful.

ok...but your elevator is terrible...need to wait for so long :-(, then it will stop in every floor.

people are nice but unable to communicate properly?I tried to leave a package for your guests so we went to Concierge BUT concierge asked us to go reception?Then reception ask us to go Concierge again :-(Confusing?I ask for nearest shopping malls? or department store but no one can understand or translate for me :-(The heater in the room cannot be adjusted. so i turn it off during my stay. I felt that its too warm. that i felt it's too dry inside my room.

I ordered a healthy breakfast with fruit salad, unfortunately, the fruit salad came dressed with mayonnaise...30 TV channels unfortunately only 1 in English and no news channel

Location strategic near to subway station only 8 min walk. Surrounding has plenty of restaurants, McD, KFC, Carrefour. Breakfast is really good, plenty of choices and high quality ingredients. Swimming pool is big, fitness equipment is world class, sauna is nice. Excellent 5 star hotel in every aspect, good value for the price, better than those 5 star hotels in bigger city like Shanghai.
