We had the execitive suite which was the only room available so lovely rooms but expensive.

Nice view. Terrific breakfast. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Daily maid service. Drinking water provided. Fridge in room. Grocery store in the same building. Clean room. Secure. Good restaurant: Infinity 3 minute walk from hotel.

The pool was filthy. I wouldn’t go in it.

I like that the hotel had a nice view but kind of blocked from the facade just a little bit. The area is centered I guess but I'm not really liking the way to get to the lobby. It is on the car parking. It was ok. Lobby can be nicer or I should say reception area. It wasn't as welcoming the vibe. Food and service was great staff is really nice. Souvenir shop is really nice too

If I could change the design of the first floor I will. I don't feel as safe walking through the lobby as the elevator was kind of hidden but actually it is safe. I guess the design wasn't very welcoming. Hotel lobby design is also meh. But room is clean as the santika standard. Overall if you are looking for a place to stay in ambon I think location wise and also stores in the same building helps

The location is strategic, and if you are lucky, you can ask the room with beautiful views to the bridge and the receptionist allowed us to do early check in, so was good point.

The tables and the chairs at restaurant is not clean, the public toilet near the restaurant is very dirty. The pillows are too big and too high. I hope in the future, management will do extra attention with cleaning or Maybe I compared too much Santika hotel in Java + Bali with Santika in Ambon.

The staff - especially the front desk/concierge - were very friendly. The restaurant breakfast was offering a lot of different choices. There is a Western grocery store and a hair salon in a little mall that occupies the ground floor level of a hotel. The car service provided by the hotel was excellent - with highly skilled and very polite drivers. The outdoor terrace attached to the restaurant offers a beautiful view.

The shower fixtures were old and the water pressure in the shower was low. Using the shower with such characteristics was not pleasant.

Several choices for breakfast.

There was a party on the top floor until 3 am which was very noisy and we can feel the vibration overnight. Besides, the hotel just informed us on that day…

I asked for a room at higher floor and the gave me an upgrade to the 15 floor in a wonderful Suite with a nice balcony and wonderful view to the ocean

the shower broke, I dont think they put attention enough to take care of that. I mean cheaper hotel could have better shower.

The hotel is good, at a good location. Staff is very friendly. It’s good but rather basic. Food is good

At first the FO officer told me that the sea view was only in the picture so it doesn’t guarantee the availability. Not until I was pissed off then they gave me the room. The reason was very unacceptable. You should trained the staff more. Other than that, I could tolerate the eastern human resource. It’s the way it is. Not expecting that much. The sink has no cover so I couldn’t wash my dive comp and gopro.

Small lobby, small lift, dirty lobby, service front desk is poor, haven’t welcome drink, room not ready till 15.30, no amenities for room / empty ( fruits etc) . Foods plain. Pool dirty (water so green). Restaurant for breakfast so dirty, foods on the floor & table not direct get clean after customers leave.

sound really carried throughout the hotel. Both times that I stayed there there was some party on the top floor with loud music that can be heard throughout the building all the way to the early hours of the day.

The noise from the road could be bothering.

Breakfast has minimal European choices but plenty of good local options, food generally was well presented, good standard of hygiene. Staff were first class.

Lot of noise in the early hours from outside, combination of traffic, Cockerels, Prayer calls.

The hotel was clean and safe. It is also close to the Commonwealth war graves.

The close proximity to busy traffic and a motorcycle taxi pickup point. Access to the war graves was not as convenient as we had anticipated because of the need to cross a busy road and the hill which would make it difficult for anyone unable to walk easily. in the absence of Bluebird taxis on the island, it’s necessary to make other arrangements for transport.

Breakfast, view over the bay, and a supermarket and little shopping mall located in the same building.Dinner in the restaurant is okay, except for from the 'western' meals. Their pizza or (veggie) burger are not your finest cuisine.

The rooms are not very soundproof.The showers and especially the toilet was extremely disappointing. It looked like there hadn't been a proper deep clean of the toilet seat for years. It was dirty, yellow, instead of white. Very underwhelming for a four-star hotel.
