BiZ@ Hotel

We arrived early in the hotel so we checked in early. We didn’t have to pay extra. The service was good and the staff is nice. Breakfast was also good. This was the second time that I stayed in this hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Lots of places to eat close by.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Great location. Friendly staff.

My only issue was my room was very hot, even with the AC on full blast. It might have been because I was on the top floor but I layed there in a pile of sweat and finally had to take a sleeping pill to fall asleep. I hate to complain but keep this in mind and maybe try for a room on a lower floor.

LocationHelpful and friendly staffBiz Cafe with great and tasty menu

Limited breakfast options

I like the clean room, they change the towel every day, make up the room clearly and the staffs also warm, very helpful.....

The stairs at front, but I think there also a lift ....

Great location in Ambon's city centre. And very close to my favorite cafe Sibu Sibu.Staff is very friendly and provides service with the well-known Moluccan Smile. Recommended!

Good location. Especially for port. Well priced and reasonably good food. Friendly staff. Good value accommodation. Allowed us to leave kit as we travelled to Banda. We ate at Sari Gurih a minute’s walk away. Excellent portion sizes and taste justifies the slightly higher prices. Tho they grumble about credit card payment.

Room a little small but ok.

A lot of shops and eateries nearby. Bathroom warm and comfy

High stairs even to reach the reception on the first floor, Breakfast was minimal for western tourists

Indonesian breakfast is not very much my kind

I didn't like that the restaurant was closed either on Sunday or from the December 31 in the afternoon until January 2, included. I had chosen the hotel also because it had restaurant, and that part didin't go well.

Friendly staff, Wonderful stays, clean rooms/hotel, close to supermarkets,restaurants,hospitals..Excellent service !

all good!

Compliment for the hotel management and the staff!Friendly staff, Wonderful stays, clean rooms/hotel, close to supermarkets,restaurants,hospitals..Excellent service !

All good!

Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and helped me a lot. Location is close to ferry port and perfect to stay for a night or two. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you need. Buffet breakfast was good, and restaurant was ok for dinner. Hotel is one block from a small supermarket and there are a few cafe and restaurants close by.

Spacious and simple room, could open a window, modern bathroom, nice breakfast

Could have been a little cleaner, towels wrapped in plastic

Staff is most friendly!!!! Very polite and they advise you with nice places for lunch or dinner, help you with transportation etc etc

First night we had a very noisy room!! Next to the elevator and no possibility to change; we changed the day after and could chose the room.

It is a quiet location with good access to markets. The hotel restaurant is set back away from the road and pleasant. My room faced away from the street so was very quiet with a nice view of the hills. No smoking. The staff checked on me each day and offered to clean the room. Breakfast was good and different each morning. Hotel offers filtered water for refilling bottles.Very professionally run. If you have to stay in Ambon, this is a pleasant location.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Very simple, clean in location. Good place for the price. Breakfast was good.

Service, location, cleanliness, room.

the hospitality is awesome, the shower is great, the food is good... overall a very good 3 stars hotel in ambon...

Good option to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. English-speaking staff, clean, large rooms with comfortable beds and a great breakfast complete the impression.

Love itBest
