The breakfast was fantastic with a very wide choice of different types of food. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff, the management, from housekeeping to culinary to groundskeeper! Even watching how the young man carefully and impeccably laid out beach towels on the pool loungers! The level of detail and loving attention to a job well done was evident!I can't say enough on the hospitality of the staff and their concern that you enjoy your stay!Highly and effusively recommend this hotel!9

The gym is a bit poor, but if you stay there only for a day it’s ok.

Far from the city center, so it is very calm and quiet there. Good breakfast, I liked variety of egg meals and sweets. Lobby is in beautiful design, I loved it.Very nice stuff, they also allowed us to check out later.

Nice hot shower, comfortable bed. Really nice staff. The hotel is a bit far from the food stalls and shops, as it’s way up the mountain. They do have shuttle to the airport which was great. Nice value for money.

The distance is not great if you want to go buy something or have some food outside of the hotel, but it’s easy to get a taxi or a grab from the hotel.

The breakfast was very comprehensive and delicious. Dinner was also good.

The room was a bit smelly when we arrived. There was an air condition but no mosquito net.

Internet is shocking and rarely worked, had YouTube for one day then nothing and local channels stopped working as well. The receptionist basically said you weren't allowed YouTube. Made no sense and was unable to explain but the language barrier might have been the issue.

The rooms were nice. The staff were friendly. Especially Husen he helped us a lot with planning trips. The pool area was good.

The breakfast was okay. Would not recommend the restaurant though. Very expensive for a medium to low quality of food. It is a bit far away from the center but the staff at the reception always helped us to get a taxi.

The hotel is great. Nice view, quiet place, good swimming pool, good fitness room. People are really kind. Breakfast is really nice.

The restaurant is very expensive. The price is way to high for the quality of the food. We stayed in this hotel 2 times, i got sick the 2 times cause of the food.You can have much more quality food for half the price not so far from the hotel.

The hotel is pretty close to the famous Panta Kilo 5. If you don’t mind walking uphill. The rooms the way they are built is little confusing, I am guessing they just kept adding rooms. The pool is nice and view is very nice. My room was in the corner facing the ocean. The staffs are the highlight of this hotel. They are extremely helpful and nice. My phone in the room for some reason I kept calling but I could hear them and but they couldn’t hear me. The staff was at my door right away and installed a new phone in a second. They have a restaurant(spectacular view), gym and spa which was quite cheap. They will also organize taxi for you for tours.

I think this hotel has been there for long time. I can’t talk about other rooms but my room seems slightly old. Nevertheless it was pretty clean.

The staff shows great passion to help me find the local agency for the tour even though it is not there is responsiblity and also hard to connect with email. Really impressive!

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly and helped us with finding transportation. Amazing breakfast as well !

Great hotel with great facilities and amenities and an amazing sea view (esp. during sunrise). Given the location, I didn't expect much from the hotel, however it exceeded my expectations and i had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, esp since I just returned from a 1-week adventure in Banggai islands. Perfect hotel to rest and be lazy!

AC was not that cold in my room, but otherwise everything else was great!

Super nice facilities, gym, pool and spa. Good wifi. The breakfast has many options, western style and Indonesian style too.

The location in booking is wrong, check it in google maps. The food is expensive compared to everywhere else but you can catch a cab and go to the city center.

The sheets had a lot of stains and it looked like they were used allready and not washed. We wanted to go to the gym in the evening but it was closed already. Would be nice to have acces all day instead of only in the morning.

I really liked this place who I stayed for 6 days. Rooms are very comfortable and functional. The staff is nice. The massage therapist from Java island is very professional and she did a good job.

However a few things could be improved.Sound insulation is bad in rooms where there is a connecting door with the next room. You can hear absolutely everything the neighbors do ; talk, cough, sneeze... It's like having roomates.The offices desk in the room isn't high enough, well it doesn't match with the height of the chair, so if you need to work on your computer it's really uncomfortable.The food from the restaurant isn't really nice. The breakfast are good (many options) but the food they have for lunch and diner on the menu is expensive for what it is. Pizza, pasta, fish, nasi goreng... To be honest I've been disappointed by most of the meals (indonesian and western styles) so I preferred to go to a restaurant in town instead. And the service takes soooo long. Even when there is nobody, it's too long) so it's better not to be too hungry when you go there.There is no music at the spa during the massage. It sounds like a detail but when you're in it, it's a strange atmosphere, not very relaxing. I asked and the massage therapist told me there is no music.
