Centrally located, very good breakfast

Rooms were a bit stale

When in Changzhou we always stay here. Fantastic hotel in brilliant location. Love the park across the road and walking distance to good restaurants and bars

The quality of the facilities, design and functionality are outstanding. Very pleasant and modern space.

The western breakfast offering is poor missing basic elements e.g. range of fruits offered. Equally the offering in the executive lounge is substandard.

They have overcharged me for my stay and neither booking nor the hotel has responded.

Everything is old, AC not cooling enough not every lights works, personal doesn't speak English e.t.c

The hotel is undergoing renovations, causing inconvenience in accessing the rooms. Basic amenities that should be provided in any reputable 5-star hotel, such as in-room showers, are lacking.

Gym could be equipped with more machines for exercising. But: changing room for male very poorly manages. Used towels on the ground, shows as well. Toilet not clean and smelly, Sauna and steamed bath not working.

What i liked the most was the customer service from front desk who were helpful when we needed to register our health code and when providing directions to Changzhou park. In addition, the rooms, the fitness room, the sauna and the swimming pool were impressive.

The bar is in my opinion the place that needs improvement..When my wife asked for three different drinks the waitress just said "meiyou" (we dont have them) which it was quite annoying for us.. Even though it was saturday night, the place did not have a music band which its common in hotel bars. I got an uncomfortable situation during breakfast time because i was eating a delicious noodle soup but it was taken by one of the staff of the restaurant while i went to get something for my wife. When i asked her in English why she took ny bowl of soup she did not said anything so i asked in chinese and she just said sorry which is not an enough argument. I am aware that we live in China but hotels such a hilton require the whole staff to have command of english to face situations like this one taking into account in a favorite place for foreigners.
