The staff here are really great. Very kind and helpful. The location is good and the room was a nice size (we got upgraded). Breakfast was ok.

The bar in the building overlooking the ocean was closed during our stay, which was disappointing as it would have been lovely for sunset. The AC didn’t work that well, but was fine.

They truly took care of me. Location was great. I wish I had more time.

I didn’t have time to eat breakfast. lol

Location is on point. Clean room friendly staff. The big window view on the bay is a plus. A few minutes from the park. Across from the santa Marta sign. Restaurants and refreshing in area. And a bowling alley right downstairs

A bit noisy at night but being in the center on the nightlife is also noisy nights

It was very beautiful view and the service was great. Complimentary breakfast was great also. Nothing bad to say about the personal!

It was a small room. Good for the price but honestly the big suite window you can look at everything from outside no privacy unless the shades are closed. The door doesn’t have a lock. Blankets were very thing. The shower pressure wasn’t good. They don’t provide wash cloths. Bathroom lights were always giving us a hard time turning on.

sadly, the big wall to wall window is a see-through cristal so when it is open anyone on the outside has a very clear view of your room. we took the suite for this view but could only have the curtains open while fully clothed, I would recommend the administration to put some one-directional mirror layer like so you can have the curtains open and not worry about privacy.

The view was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room is large.

The highlight of our room was supposed to be the view, but the windows were extremely dirty. How were you expecting us to enjoy the view we were paying for, if you don't keep the windows clean? The breakfast is modest and the breakfast staff was unkind. There is a bowling area on the floor bellow, luckily we didn't hear the rumors in the room, but as soon as we would exit yes. This place seems to have been good when it first opened, but not definitely doesn't justify the price anymore.

Rooms where spaciuos and well maintained.

There was no access to the rooftop and terrace during the evening hours.

The staff was amazing. I left my senior parents to stay there while I went to the Tayrona park. When I came back they were amazed by how well they were welcomed and treated. The location, staff, clean and we'll attended. It was great!

Some residents were noisy but that's not the fault of the hotel.Reception rectified the one noisy resident.

The receptionists were quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the action and essentials (i.e., restaurants, bars, beach, etc.). There is also a pharmacy downstairs, in addition to an atm. I enjoyed the balcony and sea view. I also think most, if not all rooms, have a nice view. Even though I only stayed one night, I would recommend it, based on these points.

The hotel had a perfect location near the sea. The breakfast was very good and the views were nice. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The staff and location were absolutely amazing. Thanks to Vanessa at the front desk for being so great!!! She was able to direct me to a Claro store for a sim card and also how to get to Rodadero.

It was right besides the beach. The historic place is right behind the hotel. Staffs are very nice. Nice view from the room

It is very noisy. There is a bowling alley on the 3rd floor, and the room 1 was right above the machines which reset the pins. Between 10 am and 10.30 pm the noise is unbearable, and until 2 am you can hear music from some neighbouring bar. This made the stay really unpleasant.

The view in the morning, while breakfast, from the restaurant balcony to the sea was rewarding. Great breakfast selection and taste. Nice room design.

Unfortunately our room completely didnt meet our expectations. Probably because of high season and late booking we got the worst room ever and for the price of the of the good one. There was no view at all from it. But the worst happened when we entered the room. There was a huge noise going on and on. We did asked in reception what is that and we were explained that right below us is a bowling track ! and that noise will last till 9pm, but it shouldn't be so annoyable according to reception. For us was like there is heavy contraction work going on below us. AVOID ROOM NR 1
