Everything and everyone. The staff was great especially Marcela at front desk and Jossefer at the pool. The hotel facilities are really beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well maintained the girls from housekeeping do a great job. We loved the beach restaurant also!

Staff specially the lobby people aren’t friendly. Hard to communicate with. Ac was broken in one of the rooms and they did not handle that professionally.Pool is way too cold to enjoy Food and drinks way overpriced.

Our expectations were far exceeded. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was well worth the cost. The breakfast hours were also the best I've encountered at a hotel (6:30AM - 11:00AM), giving us plenty of time on late mornings. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoroughly cleaned daily. We couldn't believe what a fantastic job housekeeping did each time we returned. The pool was clean and had nice covered areas. There was a guest relations staff member who coordinated all our taxis, and we never waited for a taxi. We were able to pay for taxis through hotel vouchers, avoiding the need to use cash. Above all, the staff was truly spectacular. Every single person we encountered was kind, patient, sociable, and excellent at their job. Most staff knew our names and room number on day two, and Harrison (the wonderful man greeting guests in the lobby) made us feel like old friends. We were always welcomed with warmth no matter who we were talking to. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't say enough good things.

The only disappointing element was the cost of cocktails. We expected them to be cheaper but found some of the liquor to be quite expensive. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Everything! The most relaxing, luxurious getaway. The staff is incredible especially at the main restaurant near lobby! They went above and beyond for us when we wanted sushi and prepare it specially. The room was impeccable and the pool very relaxing.

Lounge chairs on beach would be nice.

Not worth the price. No long chairs at beach, no free breakfast, only one tiny bottle of complimentary water.

I can't say enough about the staff and the food was fantastic.

Jacuzzi needed to be repaired and the room furniture was a bit dirty.

The hotel is well-organized and clean, with a beachfront location, offering lovely views from everywhere. Love the breakfast and Sunday buffets.We attended the Mexican Day at Cayeye, and it was delicious and a lot of fun.

The Pool was too cold.Restaurant service is too slow even when there is almost no one sitting, I can't imagine when is full. I asked for hot water for tea and they told me they would add cost for it, which I can't believe is not included.Menus (Both restaurants) are limited, and sometimes, they do not even have the whole menu and don't offer more options.

Comfortable, location, kind staff, nice beach, delicious breakfast and foods, complete gym.

Pool is very cold, it must be in a higher temperature.

Very good beach resort - welcome relaxation break after our Ciudad Perdida trek. Private beach & lovely pool deck. Decent gym (excellent by local hotel standards). Lovely rooms and very friendly staff.

We stayed in peak season so cost was out of line with our other hotels across Colombia. Bizarrely close to the airport and right in flight path on take off: google maps shows the beach about 700m from end of runway so planes often still have their landing gear out when they fly over. We quickly got used to this and wasn’t an issue but it might be to some. Also worth noting restaurant service was often really slow (1 hour or more).

Not much to like unfortunately.

We had 2 rooms booked, none of which were ready when we arrived past 4pm. The hotel is in Playa Dormida which is far from downtown Santa Marta. They couldn’t secure taxis to take us to town for a diner reservations. Got stuck on property for diner with mediocre restaurant (1 of 2) and an hour wait to be seated followed by an hour and a half to get the food we ordered. We had a tour booked the next day, came back at 5pm to a room that had not been done yet. Beach amenities consisted of cheap plastic chairs and pool level was more than 30% low. Water was cold when we tried to shower and answer received was that we’re at full occupancy. Not quite acceptable for the most expensive hotel in town selling itself as a 5 star resort. Can’t emphasize enough how bad of an experience we had. Very young and inexperienced staff did nothing to fix any of the issues other than repeated empty apologizes. Save yourself some trouble and stay away.

We liked all the services they offer in this hotel, we really much enjoyed our room, the pool area, the massages and our daughter happily stayed at the kids club, although it was not other children, they prepared for her some games and painting, which she enjoyed ?. Also, great cleaning service!

We didn’t like that the planes were literally taking off some km away and passing by in front of the hotel, that was quite noisy and it felt disturbing so in a quiet place at the beach. The good was also not excellent compare to other places, but ok.

Beautiful and comfortable. Front desk and management were very attentive. Rooms very clean.

The wait staff was very poor. If you want coffee in the morning ask for it first before breakfast or you might not get. The wait staff never comes back to check on your meal. Breakfast buffet way overpriced. If you go to the pool bar, you need to make an extra effort to get the staff’s attention.

Everything is clean, great atmosphere,amazing food, beautiful decorations, great Staff. Very friendly . The beach is clean and beautiful , great sunsets. It is easy to mingle around without getting lost inside the hotel. I didn’t use the spa which seem amazing but I am definitely coming back and that will be one of the things I won’t miss. ?

The view! Rooms, restaurant and pool clean must if the employees very polite and profesional

Some of the hotel policies were very strange and somewhat bothersome for us and some of our family and friends! I had spoke to Andrea, Lilian and some others about these issues. The staff at the front desk needs training in customer service and empathy totes the customers .

Good variety of foods at breakfast, comfortable rooms, close to the airport

Some of the rooms have a funky smell, you can hear the planes when they take off and land. I wish they had more variety of bread and soft cheeses for breakfast.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful. The view and sunset very worth it. We didn’t want to leave the pool. Kids loved it too!! The service provided at the front desk was exceptional, especially the team organising tours.

They could improve with the restaurant service felt very long but once we knew we were prepared. The food was really good. We ate there very often. Loved the breakfast too.

Very nice hotel with great amenities and location. Best sunset views from restaurant terrace and beach . Enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant. Also very good taxi service from hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy and convenient access to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The service was a bit slow; we had to wait half an hour just for a coffee. Wifi connection was unstable. Additionally, the prices are quite high, so I'm uncertain if I would choose to return.
