Good breakfast.The first apt had the air conditioning unit leaking water,but they (staff)relocated to other better unit.(nice)

Cleanliness, and space

Hot water was not working and the shower pressure was very bad. Breakfast was not as expected. Same thing every day.

The breakfast was okay but basic. The dining staff was very nice.

Housekeeping said they wouldn't clean my room unless I paid two pesos. I asked the concierge, who said cleaning is included and told the Housekeeping to clean my room. Sheets were never changed. My daughter, who was in a different room, never had her room cleaned for seven days. Also my room was next to another. The people were extremely loud. And the location is too far from activities.

The staff and facilities was good.

The location is not that good. You have to always you a taxi to travel within the city. The bed in the hall was not at all comfortable. No signal of wifi was reaching to my appartment, so was just using my mobile internet all the time. Not value for money. I will not be choosing this option again in future.

the elevator, such a big building with one elevator. took me 25 minutes to get the elevator at floor 1 to go to my room.

The appartement was spacious and clean, staff were kind and helpful.

Hotel is clearly outdated, the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, everything feels old, clearly needs a full revamp. Location is ok for a night. Security guard charged us almost twice the amount previously stated in their email. (12k instead of 7k pp)

The area appeared to be too dangerous to go out, the staff advised me not to leave the hotel neither by foot nor Moto or taxi. There was no drinking water or coffee available and not even a possibility to buy any after 18:00. So I couldn't go out for food/drinks and couldn't get any in the hotel either. Since I had no Colombian SIM card the delivery app didn't work for me either - luckily the receptionist was nice enough to help me order food. The view was great but the roof top jacuzzi was cold and the bar empty (no staff, no drinks, nothing). I was asked to pay 10.000 for a paper bracelet, which apparently is hotel policy but I still had to pay for that - no idea what that was for. I was told when checking in that I can have a late check out the next day between 13:00 and 14:00 and the reception called to kicked me out at 12:45 and kept calling me every 5 minutes until I left the room (as planned) at 13:00... Very unpleasant. If I would have been told that I cannot have a late check out, I would have planned accordingly.. The pool was nice but had no shaded areas at all, no umbrella, nothing - the only option, when lying by the pool was to be in the sun. The air conditioning in my room was leaking, so I had water dropping on my head when I wanted to sit on the couch. Had to turn that off eventually because it got everything wet and was extremely loud. For this price - absolute rip off...

Apartment had everything we needed. Lovely beach down the road (but no amenities)

Seemed expensive for the location, situated far out of town on an almost empty street with a lot of building work!

The staff were excellent and super professional. The breakfast was always delicious, hot and fresh - some of the best arepas I’ve had while visiting :). The property is well secured. I never felt unsafe. Super clean, quiet and very close to the beach.

The property could definitely use some maintenance, but nothing major.

Nothing about the breakfast, it was less than what I expected.

The kitchen staff does not speak English. The Steak was dry, hard to cut, like leather. The breakfast they serve has no meat. The clear plastic cup is so weak that it barely holds the juice. They do not give you the option to go to the 5th floor kitchen. Instead they bring the weak breakfast to your room and expect you to pay them a tip. Do not look for a full breakfast... no Sausage; ...no Pancakes; ...no Hot Grits; ....no Toast. No English speaking channels on TV. No HBO, No Cinemax, No Roku. Yes, they have CNN, but it is in Spanish. No Laundry service.

wifi, totally useless and the access point put in during our stay after i complained was no better. there is a 4G Cell phone tower 100m from the building so if you can live without WIFI is a great apartment

I like the apartment size. 2 bedroom made me feel like home, with the door bell ringer. The kitchen was nice, and the view was wonderful. The staff really try to make your stay enjoyable.

Sometimes the shower had no hot water. I was told not to go walking in the evening because it was not safe, the lobby front door stays locked. The breakfast had no meat. No small hand towel to wash face or bath. They only had the medium and big towels. The Pool sides is very slippery as you walk down the sides.

the staff were really really lovely, very responsive and helpful - really supportive for non-Spanish speakers. The view from the room was incredible, and lots of space in the apartment. lots of basic facilities such as laundry, pool etc

definitely needed a deep clean.. lots of areas with leftover dirt from previous guests. the aircon is not too great, and I would have preferred more than a sheet for my duvet (although maybe that was them acknowledging that the aircon wasn’t so good!) and the lift was also very dodgy. location was quite far away from everything

The service is really excellent. Kitchen really well equipped.

The breakfast are not good at all. We thought the deal with the room was good but it is not. We think the price of the room should be 60$ US no more.Hot water was a problem many times, we had to call the room service, they were quick but it is a little bit annoying. Room are not very clean. It is a more far from Rodadero than what we expected.if you go, ask from the room on the side or front, too much wind at the back.restaurant is expensive for what it is.
