Grat staff, well located

The windows are very far from sound proof.... You need ear plugs to be able to sleep. Breakfast is a bit limited, it is a buffet stile but some employees will fill your plate.

The location but room was too small was looking for kitchen. When booked the hotel that what i booked.

The room to small was expecting the kitchen.

good location and professional staff. The rooms are new and the beds are excellent.

Great location, super clean. Breakfast was delicious, Big rooms. I was traveling with 2 seniors and the hotel staff were very attentive, always helpful. I will highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The highlight for us was definitely the service—the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The only downside was that our room was a bit noisy at night due to the nearby bars, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Location was great. In the heart of rodadero beach, close to aquariums and beaches and comercial areas.

Steps away from main beach, good breakfast provided daily, nice pool to cool off. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our pillows looked a little tired and smelled a bit of sweat, shower also could have probably used a better clean.

Bedding had permanent stains. The a/c had black mold.

Super comfortable rooms, great pool. Nice breakfast buffet style with a few options. Staff are all very kind, a special thank you to Mylene the staff Manager (?) who really went above and beyond for us during our stay.Location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc.Rooms are a great size, bathroom with hot water. Spotless

If you get a room facing the street, be ready for loud nights. Earplug didn't help unfortunately.

Location, a/c, hot water and breakfast.

Lacked cleanliness. Under the toilet seat was filthy. ? The bath towels were permanently soiled and the duvets were soiled with dried blood. All towles, linens and bedding need to be replaced.

Fruit was nice. They gave me a room earlier than expected, and this was great.

Pool was too warm, didn't enjoy it. I needed refreshing but this was the opposite.

Breakfast was excellent with different options. The staff always were attend to any requirement. One of the best thing is the location of the Hotel.

It was very clean, modern rooms and amazing breakfast! This area is the area to come if you want to be surrounded by Colombian and South American tourists. I think I was the only one from another country in Rodadero and because of this you really get a taste of life in the inside. This location was perfect for hopping on the boat to lovely Playa Blanca as well.

The property was great. It was reminiscent of a clean modern American 4 star hotel - something I didn’t experience much of in Colombia. It just didn’t have much character but to be honest that’s not always important when you’re dying for air con, a clean bed and a hot shower!

The rooms were awesome, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was perfect, the pool while small does help for a relaxing/cooling time. The staff was really attentive with everything we needed.

Swimming pool is a bit small... but you have the sea at a walking distance

Great location just 2 mins walk to beach. Breakfast included was great buffet style. Pool was nice to swim in and the rooms were good with hot shower which is rare in Colombia. Check out is 1pm great with late check out option. Great price for a night and close to airport.

The beds were a bit hard and not the best but overall still worth it for the great price.
