Great buildings, great staff. Calm and quiet beach

The hotel is a bit far away from the city.

Breakfast was delicious! The room and facilities were very clean at all times. The beach was very nice. It was not a lot of people so for me was perfect!

Letting me know that the room next door was going to be cleaned and fixed. Very loud noises in the morning and woke my baby up.

The property was great for my family, great pool, awesome beach and the good at the restaurant was great.

One of our bathrooms at the Junior suite next to the living room had a bad smell. It hadn’t been cleaned. We had to clean it because 2 days passed and still the staff didn’t clean it.

Bathroom by the pool has no light at all, was hard to get there with elderly people and kids because of no proper lighting!

The fact that we didn’t have to leave the hotel area to go to the beach. Having its own private beach was awesome. I was even able to connect to the internet from the beach

pools were great, the room was excellent specially the beds and the pillows, iron and ironing boards were a big plus.

everything EXCEPT the pool bar service, actually the bartender was rude and obnoxious.

People were extremely kind and sweet! Marisol at the front desk was so helpful to us during our 5 nights, suggesting things to do, when my little one was sick and with an issue I had with Rappi! She was sooo helpful and supportive! Gloria and Manuel in the restaurant also amazing people! The place is always clean and people try to go out of their way to make you feel happy and welcome!

Maybe the prices of the mini mart, a bit high!

Great breakfast, fantastic swimming pool, corteousstaff for most part. Our room was huge, and there were 2 bathrooms, great for a family trip! Accomodations are simple and in need of a overhaul, but everything works.

The restaurant is overpriced and the beach in front of the hotel is OK, but don't expect a Caribbean experience. The resort is close to the airport but far from Santa Marta. Apart from the swimming pool, there is not much else going on in terms of activities.

The hotel was right on the beach with easy access. The pool and restaurant facilities were fantastic. The food was great and available whenever you fancied a meal. The rooms were large - this would be a great place for a family. I was a single traveler, so the studio was way more than I needed. I had one bedroom with two double beds, plus a large living room with a refrigerator and sofa that could have been used as a single bed (it was large). The patio overlooked the pool and beach, and was the perfect place to watch the sunset!

The rooms were a little tired, but very clean. The staff could have been a bit more attentive, but when I finally got their attention, they were nice and helpful enough.

It is a beautiful hotel. The service was amazing and the food was really good.

It is a little farther from the downtown but you can take a the blue bus or the taxi.

Loved the pool and how it was away from everything and close to the airport! The breakfast was amazing and even the dinner that we had was great as well!

Honestly we got in at around 6-7am from our flight. And our check in was at 3pm. They wouldn’t let us check in early. Not to even pay extra to get a room! I was a little mad about that. Then once it was 3 pm our room wasn’t even ready and at 3:30 it finally became ready. It was pretty frustrating. They kept saying 5 more minutes. Also our key card kept getting deactivated like 4-5 times because apparently our phones were too close to the key card. Even though after the first time and the second time we kept having our card as far away as possible. So we would have to go allllll the way down the elevator and to the main building to the front desk to get it reactivated. It was frustrating.

The last year I went with my family and It was really good. Then I came back this year. I love that the people is very kind and warm. The place is close to the airport, it's nice and you feel secure. The beach is only few steps from the hotel, with a calm and wonderful sea. I enjoy the food from the hotel's restaurant. For me is important not only a tasteful food, but also well prepared. The menu offers several options. I recommend it. Also the breakfast is super!. The pool after a day in the beach is great. The hotel's personal call you by name, and they are always with a smile. I hope to come back again with my family the next year.

I didn't like that I was only 4 days. When you're happy the time flies. Maybe one more day.

The staff without a doubt makes this hotel stand out. The team at the Restaurant made our stay much more enjoyable.

We had issues with the wi-fi in the room which were not fixed and there was not proper follow-up or intention to resolve it. They missed the opportunity to make our stay perfect but we were happy overall.

Everything was amazing, clean, access to the beach was secured and beach was great.

The Door lock was broken, it kept locking the door and not reading the card to get in the Room.

My wife and I staid here for her birthday. The property was very clean and the amenities were great. The staff provided us with contacts for transportation into Santa Marta and Rodadero. We never mentioned it was my wife's birthday to the staff, but on the morning of her birthday they came out with a cake and sang happy birthday to her. Can't recommend the hotel enough if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to get away too for a vacation.

The distance from Rodadero and Santa Marta can be problematic if you want to go back and forth to those places. The hotel is quite far away from both.
