Clean, Spotless, a friendly staff, honest, beautify building and grounds.

No this place was perfect. A true 5 Star Hotel... the workers were nothing short of outstanding... good job and I will return next time I'm in Santa Marta...

Many amenities weren’t available even when there were listed in. Facilities need maintenance. Breakfast is always the same and very low quality for the standard

Nice pools. Close to airport.

The general location and neighborhood are not so great. Huge empty high rises. Not much in the way of stores or restaurants in the area. Ocean water sometimes too dirty to swim.

It's an interesting hotel, not a cement block. It feels like a resort with interesting little spaces and small pools. The staff were friendly overall, but especially a super nice waiter who tried help me with my request (a true professional and gentleman). Close to airport and very convenient. It was quiet at night.

Wifi didn't reach out room (room #101).

This one is tricky. Pros : Great location, good bargain, and reasonably clean. Cons : weird timing for the pools and the shining star upstairs (the infinity pool with a view) doesn’t open until 2pm and there’s no shade whatsoever (at the hottest part of the day). Power was off and on, elevator worked most of the time, and loud parties from the infinity pool area hosted by the hotel. This place could be a gem but it’s dated and needs some care . Staff is mixed - mostly friendly but certainly not the case for everyone. The one standout among the staff was Yolema - she was confident, professional, and helpful - she gave our party good advice from day one. I would like to highlight her attention and care.

Great room and facility had several pools and restaurant/bar. Complimentary breakfast was good. Walkable to beach.

I don't know why this seemingly quiet resort street is so loud on weeknights. If you have a room facing the street you will hear music blasting all night as well as being near the elevator which makes a loud clunking sound every time it passes. Be prepared with ear plugs. Besides breakfast I never saw any other guests using any of the facilities including the rooftop bar, restaurant or pools. There were many guests at breakfast but having an empty hotel other than breakfast was very eerie. 'Beach Club' was hardly that and closed most of the time i was there. They had the dining portion open but did not allow anyone up on the upper level.

Most of the personall was very kind. The pools were also nice and clean.

Breakfast, it is the first time in my whole life where they didnt serve big portions and then when I wanted to return to the buffet, they told me I can only go once through. When raising this issue with the reception, they didnt answer for 2-3 days and then they said that are their rules. So they preffer for people to get to much food and then throw it away insted of going twice through the line to eat only what is needed. A complete dissapointment.

Very dated furniture. Some areas unclean. Bed not very comfortable.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with good aircon, we enjoyed the balcony in the evenings The rooftop pool is lovely to cool down and relax in taking in the sunset over the beach

Breakfast is poor quality and the staff serving restrict portions sizes which is a bit strange.Dinner at the hotel wasn’t very good and very expensive for what was served, I’d recommend going to the nearby plaza or ordering delivery Some of the furniture is quite dated and the hotel feels like it needs a refurb but the price reflects this

The food - I thought the menu selections gave you great choices and the flavors and presentations were first class. The sky bar, the pools, the iguanas. The proximity to the beach. The decor. The little hallways and stairs that led to unique spaces. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The noise/music in the late evening from the disco club across the highway but that's not something the resort has control of. Kinda takes away from the ambience when you are on your balcony watching the lightning. The toilet.

Delicious and big breakfast, with a really firendly stuff. Also with aditional features from other of its sister hotels.

Even though there is wifi, the speed it is not the best, so having meetings with camera can be slow.

Conveniently located close to the airport and a giid beach.Good restaurant.

It was really close to the beach(2 min walk) and comfortable rooms

Some part were sadly not very clean and the overqll state of the facility is not good. It seems like no real maintance

The buffet breakfast and fruits were very good. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff was too noisy in the hallways early in the morning.

The room was clean and it had hot water.

The decor is more dated than shown in the photos. The swimming pools had dead insects and leaves floating in them. At breakfast, there are birds that try to steal your food (joke on them because the breakfast is just about average). Asked for the laundry service prices 3 times, it was never brought to my room. Poor soundproofing, can hear the planes even with the windows shut. The air con blows directly at your face when lying in bed.
