• I am utterly shocked and deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. Upon my arrival, I was informed that my booking had been canceledthis, after being reassured just minutes earlier that everything was confirmed and in order. They then scrambled to come up with a weak excuse, claiming that my room was somehow damaged, as if that explained or justified their complete lack of professionalism and empathy. Imagine arriving in a completely unfamiliar city, alone, tired, and disoriented, only to find that you have no place to stay. No proper explanation. No real apology. No effort to make things right. It was already past midnight when they finally decided to send me off to another locationcompletely different from the one I had carefully chosen and booked in advance. They didnt offer me an alternative room or any real assistance. They simply turned their backs on me. I still cannot understand why they treated me this way. The lack of respect, the lack of responsibility, and the complete disregard for my well-being left me feeling abandoned and helpless. That night was not just inconvenientit was distressing and deeply upsetting. I deserved better. No one should be treated like this.
