- We rented our car from a local business in the City Mall on the street leading into the Alajeula square and it was helpful that the rental car manager knew the owner of Casa Tago and knew exactly where it was- otherwise we would never find it.
- Staff were very nice.

- Very dark, outdated and so hot! No AC in the room- none of our windows opened since we were facing the very busy and NOISY street- at least the noisy fan drowned out the street noises. We left at 5:30am so no breakfast. Room cost $---so overpriced!
- No air conditioner in room, and hot water for shower was spotty at best.
