- Easy access to the airport, delicious breakfast, super friendly, and helpful staff. This is our go to hotel when traveling in and out of San Jose.
- The staff was super helpful and very kind . We had bought some fruit on the way there , I asked the kitchen if they could cut the fruit for me , which they did. Outstanding service ! Also .? THEY HAVW A FREE SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT..
- Location was great. We walked to the mall a couple of blocks away and were a short drive from the rental car places and the airport. Will stay again in the future.
Cons -
- No
- shower kept leaking when it was turned off, and room service was very loud starting before 8am slamming doors in the hallway and moving furniture in the room next door.

close proximity to the airport and convenient and free shuttle. rooms were updated and clean.
