Pathetic room and facilities

Toilet flush was not worked, walls were damaged staff didn't co-operate to change room

Room hygiene was good. Staff was good and the food was good.

The room was Mediocre. But the staff were amazing, even the breakfast. Loved the bread butter toast.

Room and washroom. AC was bad.

The staff behaviour was bad, location is worst. Cleanliness is worst. The surrounding area is a slum and it smells bad. Bed sheets were torn and with dirty patches. The staff tries to rob with food as they charge four times more than the nearby hotels.

Amazing staff, super clean room, breakfast delivered to room. Little bit inside in terms of location but still ok to reach airport or railway station.

It shows no advance payment needed, however when you book the room you start getting calls from treebo to make advance payment. If you refuse, they threaten to cancel the booking on their own and which they actually do. They send you whatsapp messages to use the link and make payment in advance. The tele-callers are very rude and unprofessional,

Nice and clean environment, staff are very friendly, close to railway station and elante mall... food is yummy
