Hotel O Continental Inn

Good for short stay

Hotel did not provide even 1 drinking water bottle for 1 day booking. We had no option than buying it.The fans were not maintained and were throwing air only directly on the bed.

Cleanliness and value for money

Approach area to the rooms from the reception is very narrow and somewhat odd

Location is ok

They have charged me more than what I have booked online. They said if I pay at the property i have to pay more and they didn't give me a bill also.

I had booked online but when I arrived I was told that foreigners were not allowed to stay and was directed elsewhere.Fortunately my foreign card didn’t work so I hadn’t paid yet, but warning to others who may book and pay in advance but not be able to stay!

The place is strictly value for money. The ACs were working and that was a boon. The location is average. The washrooms were neat. The staff were accommodating and that made our stay good. They were very helpful to our requests. Full marks to their courtesy and support.

Nothing. It is a budget place and we got what we paid for. Most of all, the staff were helpful.

Fan was not in proper place. No ventilation. Suffocating.

Room was decent with ambient lighti g and cozy bed. Elevates the mood.

TV was not working. Rest everuthing was nice.

I will never trust your website ever again

I had selected breakfast for my family while booking the room, but hotel denied to offer the same. When I complained to your Booking.com customer care, I got the call from Singapore & asked to wait. Me & my family had to leave hotel without any food. There was no resolution provided by your customer care... Really disappointed.

Hot water supply. Wifi speed.

TV, Blanket. No mobile network in room.

Staff & Room was Good

No Breakfast was given, as I was told you booked from booking.com , you have to pay for breakfast, though I already paid for breakfast while making booking & was told that Oyo charges extra so it's confusing

Staff was humble and the food was decent with decent price

There was alot of shouting noises untill midnight. No soap or shampoo in bathroom

Different nd very poor rooms were given.They were saying that they can't give good rooms at such price...If we want same rooms as shown in pics they were asking for more money...Completely disappointed.Never gonna book oyo hotels again

upon doing booking through Booking.com hotel management refused to accept the booking due to price quoted by booking.Com was less then hence they refuse to accept me.
