Hotel Pride

Food is amazing and at a decent price, can just eat breakfast and dinner here.Price for staying 3 days was fair and the room wasn’t dirty.

The location outside is not good, very noisy at night but if you come back late and tired i can fall asleep even with the traffic noise. The toilet was serviceable(clean) but not in good condition, the bucket to shower also had some sediment encrusted at the bottom(i’m still alive and had to infections).Wifi was not stable at least on the first floor.

The personnel and the managers I met during my premature check-out.

No heating facilities and no hot water for the shower

One of the best hotel in Area. I appreciate the services and courtesy. Polite and helpful Behaviour of all is very good specialy Mr. Ravindra Aujla at Front Office and his team. For Solo, Couple and for family it's a good hotel for stay. I will recommend to my friends and colleagues for sure.

Not found as such. No CONS.

Nothing was like a hotel. I feel that a lower class person’s room would be even more better. No clea

Satff was friendly and location is ok

one strange thing happened. I booked standard double room, which says it has view to garden and images of booking also show windows but the room we got was without windows and was not nicely ventilated. When I complaint hotel staff, they said to contact booking.com, they said that is room what they can offer as per booking.com and they can't do anything. I asked booking.com customer care but they said they asked hotel why they did that but they said, they didn't received any reply from hotel. But when we asked hotel person they said, its booking.com fault that they gave wrong description of room and Booking.com said , room description are provided by hotel owner. So at the end it was blaming each other and nothing happened.

I didn't like anything

Since I have booked from booking.com. They gave me a room near to reception. I asked for another room, they denied. Also there was so much noise.

Friendly staff,Location

Room had no windows and was smelling really bad .

The staff was courteous. The room was small but clean.

There was so much disturbance. The outside sounds like people talking, vessels cleaning were clearly audible inside the room till very late. So much so that we could not sleep till these noises stopped. Room was definitely not the same which was shown in the picture.

Very poor

Dirty Bed sheet, pillows and its cover. Very Dirty Bathroom mat. Curtain was dirty and not working. Towels should be replaced , it has even lost its original look.
