Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, Elante Mall

Not a 5 star hotel

Very dark room, smelled like urine. Beds were not comfortable

The staff and the services

Staff were all very helpful, service oriented and a pleasure to talk to.

Pool water was cold.

Excellent staff facilities and location. Himanshu at the breakfast buffet was great.

Location is good, food is delicious and staff are friendly.

Rooms are a little bit undersized. The bed is not comfy

Being charged twice for my stayYou would think one month after you would reimburse for what admitted as your mistake. Poor service and response rate.

Cleanliness, staff was very polite and professional

A little bit over priced

Location and friendly staff

AC, couldn't change temperature, room was far to cold.

Excellent location, big spacious room, amazing food. Kids loved the swimming pool

Price was high

Loved the level of service and hospitality of the entire staff team, stayed for my son's 5th birthday they went above and beyond to make it special. Thanks to Manish and the entire team. Recommended the club access and dining in. Drinks were pricey as expected, but everything was available in the stage bar.

Location and Staff

Room cleanliness

Staff were brilliant & the star of the show, they were so welcoming and friendly Room was excellent with nice view of the mallBreakfast was really niceIf like cricket then they are the home of the punjab kings & we actually meet some of the players around the hotel

nothing at all, could not fault the hotel…Would be nice if it was a bit cheaper

Overall ambience, helpful and obliging staff

An issue with housekeeping & also with the laundry service, one was immediately rectified though partially after complaining …

The person who helped during my checkin was very helpful in not only getting me an early checkin at 9am since my flight landed early, and I was going to be out at meetings all day and also moved me to a non smoking room! I forget his name but it was either Dinesh/Mahesh.

Great location for the mall. Staff incredibly friendly. Hotel exceptionally clean.

We had an adjoining room with noisy neighbours on our first night. Staff were very apologetic.

The staff was very hospitable. I would like to mention Munish and chef Sukhvinder from the F&B department for their professionalism. Anjali at the front desk was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

The gym was nice but crowded with a professional team of some sort! The asian food was good. I had the Pad Thai.

The spa toilet had been used before i went to change and had not been flushed, there was faeces in the toilet! The curtains would not close fully in the room. The basin counter had the cheapest plastics possible not Hyatt worthy for sure. The bedside light was not working.

The location is right next to Elante Mall so its convenient to step out and enter the shopping premises or go for a movie. The mall has ample restaurants a few metres away from the hotel.

Food quality can be better. Late night we ordered burger, sandwich and cold coffee. The burger was passable. Cold coffee and sandwich were fine.

It is always a pleasure to visit Hyatt with great comfort. The staff here makes life more easy. Thank you so much Himanshu and Rajat for amazing breakfast experience.

All good

The decor, cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. The proximity to the Elantee Mall was also nice. The rooms were large.
