The suite was very beautiful and the bed was good quality.

I booked specifically for the pool, but that was empty/ not functional. The room was not well isolated soundwise, and there was no hot running water.

Breakfast was average. The facility, breakfast and the room were way over priced. I found a much better room and much reasonable price.

We adored our three night stay at the WelcomHeritage Ramgarh. We were kindly upgraded upon arrival to a beautiful room in the original part of the hotel. We really appreciated this. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated.We ate all our meals at the hotel restaurant. Chef Thapar was so friendly and our meals were amongst the best we’ve eaten in India.My husband swam in the pool each day which was impeccably clean and refreshing.

We loved the hotel so much but it is a little out of central Chandigarh.

Quality of towels need to be improved .Heritage Room is bit suffocating due to compact size.

The staff are very good and caring , made our stay memorable. The kitchen and the experienced chef , cater to your specific requirements too, if needed, and the restaurant staff are very polite and helpful.Ready to cater to your needs The menu is exhaustive ,Very good menu for a big party , like a wedding. Breakfast was good , with ample options. The room and amenities are good .

There were frequent power cuts, it took a while for the backup to come up .Hope they take care of it .

The songs by the folklore made the ambience nice and just perfect . The lassi was awesome and the spread of food just right.

The property was much smaller than how it looks on the Internet ;)

Nothing at all

The best of their room which costed around 8k per night and it was extremely average...useless...the staff sachin at reception was very rude and very bad mannered and didnt help us at all with our booking...and we ended up paying 17.2k for 2 rooms that too for one suite room and one basic room...and he didnt compromise...their best room bathtub was useless and was leaking The pool isn't functional and it wasn't mentioned before and now they updated ... The snooker table charges were 700 per hour...which is 6 times the price in the 5 star hotels... We were treated like fools Hated this place

The staff were very cordial. They attended to us and were very helpful in booking cabs.

The hotel is in a very remote location. the approach road to the hotel is very narrow and undone.

The hotel rooms were nice, hotel itsels was really beautiful.Stuff was helpful

Breakfast had not too many optioms. Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis.

Room and the aura of location is awesome

There were two things which were a big turn off for us.First of all the food quality was not all good as per the prices.and secondly the behavior of the staff was very much unprofessional and impudent. During our check out they created a big scene out there which was very much disrespectful. They blamed us for something which we were not even responsible for...very unprofessional behaviour i must say..."they didn't provide us with bathrobes during our 2 days stay and later blamed us ,as if we took it,and told us to show our luggage " which was quite contemptuous.

easy to locate , very cooperative staff and nice breakfast

staff was very cooperative, however the the room size was extremely small and too many insects and mosquitoes inside. on the day of arrival very tiny room was provided, and they refused to give a better room as they said property is full, however on the second day they changed the room

The property gives the feeling of Heritage.

The room had no Window plus many free TV channels were not open.

Amount was deducted twice in credit card refund not yet came. Following up but lethargic attitude. They need to grow professionally

Property is clean and well maintained. But for the premium rates that it charges it is not as luxurious as the photographs suggest. The toiletries in the room are very modest. The location is not that great either.

This hotel is marketed as a luxury property and prices are charged accordingly. But the upholstery and toiletries in the room are sub-standard. The rooms are very small and crammed. In my room the bathroom and the room were of the same size.
