FabHotel Town Pride

Stinky rooms, rooms shown in photos were big but actual rooms were small. No facility of kettle in the room. No soaps / dental kit. Staff was not cooperative

This is a total scam. This hotel is nothing like the pictures, even outside it has a different name.Hotel Town's Paradise.

The place is dirty, old, broken... When I was checking out at 6am in the reception a rat ran through my legs. I'm not expecting a 5* hotel for the price, but at least a minimum standard should be enforced. I can't understand how this hotel has the rating it does in Booking.com, I won't trust ratings again.

Only the LIFT not rooms, Could be other supreme deluxe rooms could be better but my room was not. Below average

Below average rooms, pictures shown on websites and hotels apps are not as per the hotel so don't get tricked. As I have been tricked.

Very friendly Staff.

The room is jaded. The windows are not very soundproof.

Room was spacious and everything worked properly. I was impressed with the water pressure in the shower ?

Poor customer care

I made the booking through Booking.com and paid an advance payment . Still they didnt keep my Room reserved and redirected me in to another hotel with lower standards .Irresponsible

The place was clean enough and the food was excellent

The bathroom did not have ventilation and the room was a bit cramped

there was nothing to like!

everything... the bathroom was horrible and dirty, no toilet paper bed sheets was dirty, extra bed was just an old dirty single mattress etc.

Location is good, very close to Fortis Mohali

Lacked basic hygiene, placed was riddled with cockroach both in bathroom and room. Flush was not cleaned properly, pillows were dirty, were covered by clean pillowcase but inside the pillows were gray

Their bathroom stinks

The bathroom was smelling like a railway platform. They had put up 5 packets of odonil in one bathroom to mask the smell to no avail. We couldnt even take bath the next day due to the smell. There are no eateries nearby. Be prepare to book a 200 rupees ola for a meal.

However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed by the front desk staff that my booking had been cancelled by the hotel management and the rooms had been given to another person. This was extremely shocking and disappointing to hear, especially after receiving a confirmation of my booking.

Staff were friendly and tried to please

Not clean, dilapidated, poorly appointed. Eg ill fitting, thin, unmatched curtains in winter. Draughty. Cockroach in slightly grimy bathroom. Requests were dealt with slowly.

Hotel cancelled my confirmed booking we have to stay in another hotel . Around 23:15 hotel denying for availability of room. We were very upset. January 1 st - January 2 nd 2024. It's took another 30 min to look for another room same location and we had to stay low rating hotel . This is not to be expected from booking.comFirst day of the year starts which I never expected

The hosts were extremely courteous ,and made us feel like home . Food was exceptional , I would suggest you to eat your meals in their restaurant , service staff were polite and prompt .

Food is awesome and Hotel staff is very cooperative. Location is good. Large and safe parking area.

Nice location. Good value for money. Basic amenities were provided. Rooms had working ACs which was good for summer.

Quality and condition was average. Also we were charged for breakfast despite us booking with breakfast included.
