Hotel Emerald

No complimentry breakfast was served. Parking was a problem. Even outside vehicles were not allowed without parking charge. There is no lift to go upside. It was really an issue, as my mom (aged 80) faced so many problems.

There is no natural light and ventilation in the room. Also lighting in the room was very old type it doesn't feel so good.

The bathroom was disgusting, we booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, when we arrived we asked for extra bed as we booked instead we received a pillow for my child to sleep on when we told the staff he just laughed. He refused to give us a refund

Nothing total loss of money ..stayed for two days but it was just horrible ..I don't reccomend to stay here

Yeah double beds were available for the family room, as this is not common.

The shower areas were mouldy, the breakfast was below par and there's a nightclub next door, which kept me awake

No internet in the room which was very inconvenient especially when they advertise to the contrary. had to sit in hotel reception to catch up which when you are travelling for 2 months is not good

The hotel is average and not worth the amount we paid, it is under 3 star hotel but priced at 4 star and above.There is no window in the room but the surrounding is good.Overall disappointed

the heating and cooling is connected in all rooms. so if you want the Ac to turn on even if you dying they cant make it work as it will turn on in other rooms and they keep the heating on. you have to sleep by opening windows.

Property called me in the morning n said to drposite money or they will cancel the booking. then I went there the room were unclean. the location was bad. there is a pub under the hotel. so much of noise was there. IMP THING THERE WAS A HAIR IN THE FOOD. I have a pic of that if u wana see let me know. Bathroom was full with water. there was no hot water

They didn't give us the Club room as we booked. Bed was small. Bed lining dirty. Breakfast horrible. Not value for money!

My experience at this hotel was soo awful to think of anything positive. The staff was polite and the location was decent as there was a street food corner 15 minutes walk from the hotel which was quite nice.

To begin with when we entered our room found out that it was already occupied by Coackroaches which scattered immediately once the lights were switched on. Just when we were about to get comfortable on the bed after a long tiring journey found another coackroach on the bed. After which the stay was total turn off for me as I can't stand coackroahces and had to put my Dad on coackroach guard duty. Room was not clean, sheets were dirty, cockroaches in the bathroom as well. I'm not sure whats the basis for 3 star but this by far has been the most terrible experience. Somehow managed to get through the night. Breakfast options were not so great, felt like we were the only guests in the hotel and the items were sufficient just enough for 3 members. Thankfully it was just a night, checked out early morning never to return.

We did not take breakfast in the hotel as on all days we had to go out very early for tour purposes, so cannot comment.But dinner on two days was extremely good, The staff are very friendly and well mannered,

The hotel needs to have a signboard on the main road so that the approachability is clear. The main board is at the top of the hotel which sometimes can be missed by someone coming in a car or autorickshaw.
