Approach road in very dirty conditions..taxi not reachable to hotel.. surrounding was very dusty & poor conditions..Room bed condition was not proper..with lot of mosquitos..AC with noisy..food not proper

Second visit in past few days. One extra night. Break-fast not incl-uded in our booking which was fi-ne by us. Good location. Staff always helpful and understanding. Again they did go above and beyond with items. They provide free of charge luggage Storage, Super shower. Many thanks again for all your help and hospitality.

The overall experience was good. The staff was very cooperative, respectful and helpful. The overall ambience of the place was fine. I had coffee and partha for breakfast and it was good quality. They accepted my request to check in early, without extra charges, so a +10 for that.

The location of the hotel was little on the periphery and excluded. I couldn't find much options for shopping and restaurants.

To be honest nothing

Washrooms dirty hair was everywhere. Bed are smelling so overall nothing was good. It was so embarrassing that my father stayed there and you know! Because of the emergency we have to take that hotel.

Nearby to chandigarh railway station.

Car, auto not able to reach the hotel. Only by walking.

Not providing anything towels brush etc . Charges are too high as per the room . Everything is dirty n old in the room . There rooms are not fresh staff is good but receptionist wasn’t. AC was not working I don’t recommend anyone to go for diamond inn , not worth it

Food was home made style and tasted good.

Location, approach to hotel is very poor. Rooms are not clean and property not well maintained.

Big car can not go till hotel.
