Location was very good

1. Despite showing Booking.com confirmed booking, they had lost my booking and effectively rebooked me on reaching the hotel2. my other friends and I, all of us had made independent reservations through Booking.com got malware mails which seemed to have got our data from this booking and attempted to fraud us. I have never faced this with other Booking.com bookings3. The washrooms were old and run down and the linen was well past its life

Very good location, just next to some great coffee shops (Back to Source), restaurants and shops. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall the room was comfortable and in reasonably good order.

The hot water would only work after keeping the shower running for 5-10 minutes so felt like you were wasting a lot of water. Some parts of the room needed more of a clean. Some noise at night.

Centrally located, near shops. Very nice rooftop restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Walls are rather thinn. You can hear people talking and snoring in the adjacent room.

It is well located just near the wonderful municipal rose garden and main shopping district of Chandigargh. The entire property was clean and well maintained; the staff helpful and friendly, as was the management. The hotel is just a few doors down from a great restaurant, Back to Source. There were parties and meetings there every night but the rooms were completely quiet and we slept very well. They have smoking as well as non-smoking rooms so it’s good to request whichever you prefer.

The breakfast buffet did not have a lot of variety and almost all the food was highly spiced.

It was a good hotel in the City Centre, which is what I wanted. One reason for booking was the rooftop bar and restaurant which lived up to expectations.

Excellent hotel at a nice location. Roof top restaurant and tasty food.

Great location, clean room, helpful staff. Easy excess to market area as well as to the bus station, rose garden is also in a 10 minutes walking distance. Overall it's good.

You can hear people's voices from the other room, at night you can hear the music ?

The hotel's location is great, close to all great Chandigarh attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Overall, the hotel has great potential. A couple of things to improve. The wifi is weak. One of the front desk employees was not very polite, and trying to be extra smart, some training in hospitality for that person would help!.

Location was good. Everything was within proximity.

In room basic facility like phone was not working. Also when bell was ringing in adjacent room it was audible like my room bell is ringing. Overall stay was not very comfortable.

The Sky Bar was very nice. I liked the atmosphere and the friendliness of the personnel.

The executive room was large and the breakfast good. Bathroom okay. Also a great location for walking distance to eateries / shops etc and an auto stand out the front door.

A few things left a bad taste and would prevent me from staying again. Could have been much cleaner; not the cleavers fault but that of management who are obviously not reinvesting profits into the hotel maintenance, carpet cleaning etc. Fridge was also grubby. WiFi kept dropping out with no reason I believe I was overcharged when I balanced the bill - apparently some misunderstanding but it made the room way more expensive than it should have been. Definitely not good value at all. Once again the owners must be reaping profits with little going back into the hotel. I asked for some plates and cutlery and was almost not given them as I should have apparently only been ordering room service despite paying for 2 executive rooms over 4 nights. One of the blinds didn’t work on the window and tv channels didn’t have an English speaking ones subscribed to. Just basically news channels.

The staff were nice and it is in a convenient location. Good shower pressure.

Very smelly drains and the sheets were covered in black and brown marks.

Good service, rooms are clean, welcoming staff.

Location of the property. Cleanliness and maintained in hygienic condition . Taste and quality of food is good.

D wall looks hollow . Can hear sound and talks from adjacent room . Tats makes it unpleasant. Buffer was there - need to add more varieties in buffet .

Well organized hotel, the managers were very pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend it if you wish to stay in the centre of Candriarhr

Small & Unclean rooms. Towels were also not clean, bed-sheet had spots

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very good too.

Location was ok, not great Water leak in my room but they switched me very promptly to a different room.
