Environment to improve

Honestly I didn't like anything about this property, whether it's bad staff or unclean rooms

My recent stay at Hotel City Plaza Sector 7 Chandigarh was a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. The rooms were far from clean, with visible dirt and grime in every corner. To make matters worse, I discovered ants crawling in the bathroom, which was both disgusting and unsettling. The bedsheets were unclean and clearly hadn't been changed, making it impossible to feel comfortable.Sleeping was out of the question due to the constant loud noises, either from the staff or other guests. It was incredibly disruptive and made the environment feel chaotic and unsafe.Overall, this was a really bad experience. I strongly advise against staying here, whether you're a foreign or domestic traveler, solo or with family. I would not consider this place safe or suitable

Great hospitality tasty food nice modern rooms

Service to improve

Location

Ac working only 22 degree if feel so cool direct switch off and on in night or in bed time .?

Hotel Ambience Staff behavior cooperative

To improve in hotel amenities

Staff is very polite. If it were not for the good staff I would have rated it 1 / 10. The other good thing is that it is right on the main arterial road of the city - Madhya Marg and 2 min walk from the nearest Bus Stop. It is located within commercial area with shops nearby.

Stay was on 2nd floor but no lifts are available. Not a properly c;leaned or maintained property. A lot of things could improve at the property.

Rooms are neat and clean staff cooperative

Food is ok

Waste of time & money.

No hot water, bugs all over the room & floor very poor place, bad food.

Location and staff. The place has potential given the location.

Pricing and facilities did not match up. Bedsheets needed to be replaced and the place needs a good clean. Had to go up 2 floors with luggage and there was no elevator.
