We booked premium room but it looks cheaper than the standard rooms. Lack of facilities, room and washroom were not tidy enough. Food was not available, they just serve tea at this location. Not recommended at all

Staff gave extra one hour for checkout

The room was not prepared at our arrival it was used by someone else and was not cleaned. Provided the family room but the bathroom was messy, the food at breakfast was not good, we were asked that we can only have 2 parathas for each person. Not a single hygiene kit was provided other than a soap for two persons, a broken handwash dispensing machine was in the bathroom but without handwash.

Had to stay here since we were not getting any last minute good hotels that didn’t cost a bomb in Chandigarh. This is in one of the typical shabby non sector locations in Chandigarh. They tried to put us in a deluxe room instead of a premium room although a premium room was available and we had paid for it online. Bed sheets were dirty, no soap in dispenser, no iron available, water stopped in taps at night, trash in the common areas. The biggest thing is the rooms have no windows for some reason. Also airport transportation is NOT included in the tariff.

It was a budget property with easy access

bedsheets were stained, toilet seat had piss stains, no hot water kettle was available and the receptionist/care taker argued that the hot water kettle was something that would cost too much to the business, in terms of electricity usage etc.

Not a fault of the property Although near Sukhna, the area itself is completely different in terms of cleanlisness. So beware The shower wasn’t working so check first

Room cleanness is just ok. Little bit smell there.

No room comfort. mattress of bed is very uncomfortable. I can’t sleep.

After booking, the hotel is saying that we don’t have room. We have travelled so long to reach the there.

They were not behaving appropriately.

Horrible Experience

Our stay with 7 members was a nightmare. Location, facilities, and complimentary breakfast was not there. The staff was too wasteful. Fans, ac and geysers in both rooms not working. The washroom was used by earlier guests and didn't clean.

The beds were too dusty which looked like it was not even cleaned before handing the keys to us. The staff were rude and did not allow us to have a stay at the hotel because we do not have India ID. The staff disagree to give us room even when full payment was made under Fab Hotel app. After waiting for 30 minutes and the staff made a few calls, then we were allowed to have a stay in the hotel and was given the keys. We were given dirty towels and drinking water was charged for 25 rupees for each bottle which we had to pay when checking out. The room was very dusty and had odour from the toilet

It was closer to PGI.

Parking area was narrow and steep. It was hard to take the car out. Area is very shady and the rooms and the hotel doesn’t look same as in the photos. It was not giving any positive vibes. Not a family hotel.

I have no words for good review.many of time i traveled but i have bot face this type of worst service.there is only good thing the person (bell boy)they do there best for Hotel.

1.The location of Hotel is not good. 2.They offered only 1 or 2 items in breakfast and also limited things in these items eq. they offer only 1 prantha to 1 person for breakfast even if you booked room with breakfast. if you want to order a items in breakfast rather than you have to pay for it. the room in photos and in reality they have lot of difference.3. The size of all Room were same. no difference between premium room and deluxe room.4. the lift is also not working from last 6 months(as they told). Our room is no. is 401 which is on 3 rd floor, we travel 3 to 4 from stairs. 5. the hotel owner who sit on front desk officer he don"t know that which room is occupied or which room is free to use.first of all they gave us room 302 , but that room is occupied by any other one. they want to open the room they they are helpless. After that the have duplicate key to open the room, but on same time the couple came out from the room and the hotel staff bargain with them.

It was clean

Lift wasn’t working, dirty washroom, broken mirror, broken lock and lots of other things.
