need to have more toilet paper in the rooms

I liked the staff was helpful. The staff was prompt.Location was easy to identify and near the places I wanted to go.

I did not like the bed. There was no blanket despite being a cold weather.Lights kept turning off due to power cuts.

I was not well. So I only had sandwiches n tea. It was good

Toilet cleanliness not upto 95% level. No towels provided. Got a towel after request. Only 2 sugar sachets were there. Not enough. Stirrer was not there and got a spoon after request. Therefore. Room service to be improved.

We had booked a super deluxe room, but it was not good. Later, we were given a room on the top floor, which was nice. The view was also ok ok.

The view was also good, but because of the pigeons, you wouldn’t be able to enjoy your tea while sitting on the balcony.There was only one towel in the room, whereas there should have been two.As for breakfast, which was not included and we had to pay extra for, it was completely third-class.Everything else was fine. I would only recommend the top-floor room to visitors if they go.

Manager and staff excellent. Problem pigeon outside window and in Balcony. Poor Breakfast for money charged unnecessary

Breakfast was included but I had to Pay 400.00 Rupees.

Reception does not have the booking details like free breakfast etc..The room was not prepared before arrival.Reception and staff was not professional.

I took a super deluxe room but when in the room done get WiFi. The room size is good but renovation is needed

The staff was very helpful. They go out of their way to help from room service to housekeeping and front desk. All major attractions are within a 4 km range from the hotel in Sector 22.

Not much not to like. Just maybe a little renovation would be good. The bed was a little hard

The staff was really good... rooms were neat and clean.....Bathrooms were also excellent.

That was an amazing stay in Hotel Diamond Plaza. Stuff is very welcoming and helpful whatever requirest you have ? Rooms are clean and spacious, good balcony overlooking Indian houses (like in a movie ??). Breakfast was included in our stay and it was really good! You can also pay separately for the buffet. It's quite at night. Stuff really helped us with arranging a taxi to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would be happy to stay there one more time ?

The location was the only thing to like!

No proper parking space available. The wifi was not working, and worst of all, the air condition was barely working and the only purpose of my booking was to rest and i could'nt sleep for a minute!

No Lift. So luggage carrying is difficult

The property is situated at fine location in chandigarh near JWM. Also, the room was of suitable size. A complete family hotel.

The front desk and all the staffs were very polite and friendly. The room was clean .

AC was noisy. Food specially the buffet breakfast could have been better.

Hotel is in building which is not designed to be hotel on first place, but they honestly doing good work to make it comfortable. Spacious rooms, quite enough, airconditions is new (very rare india), very nice bathroom. There is plenty shops and restaurant around, no problem with taxis and location in centre means you can check all town easy.

Recheck location on booking -> its 200m away from GPS. Theres no garage, only street parking, but there is hotel employee all night.

Stay was just ok.. not that much enjoyable.

The balcony. Window was broken.. bathroom was blocked. And the pressure of tap was not ok.. toilet seat was also not clean.

My room card disappeared in the hands of the cleaner of the hotel and the manager managed it
